Loved the location, rooms were clean and modern and Audrey at the front desk was great! We were provided with good information regarding local restaurants and shopping and a map for exploring. I will stay here again when I visit Quebec next year.

Audrey was so helpful and patient with our group of 5, very accommodating to any request we had. The rooms are spacious, clean, each one with unique decor & VERY comfortable beds. The Fleur de Lys is located in a quiet area but is so convenient to all Old Quebec has to offer. Loved the entire experience and will definitely...

We adored this little hotel. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because I did feel like the breakfast was overpriced (however it was convenient) and there was not an iron/ironing board in our room. Emma was a doll! I called her the day of our arrival to inform them that we would be arriving late. She...

Dear Lacy, Thanks a lot for your nice comment and for your recent stay at Château Fleur de Lys. We are very pleased to read that you have appreciated our hotel, its staff and services as well as its location. If there is no ironing board in room this is because we don't find this very esthetical and we don't...

We walked everywhere, convenient to everything we wanted to visit. The room we stayed in was clean and decorated in a modern...

This is a charming small hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was worth the price. We stayed in room 32 (Coco Chanel). It was nicely redecorated with a great shower. The location was great.

My husband and I spent a beautiful fall weekend in QC. The Chateau was a great place to stay. Location could not be beat. Very quiet and 2 minutes to riverfront and 5 minutes to the main streets with shopping. Hotel was clean and staff was so helpful with navigating and recommendations. Would stay again!
