Very kind hosts! Our French speaking skills are poor, but appreciated their efforts to help provide directions and how to travel through the city. Breakfast was great! Very close to a lot of attractions and the metro. Quiet house and street at night.

This hotel s by no means a five star! But the hospitality of the Batls makes up for it! The breakfast is all home made and fresh! The price we paid for being right in Old Quebec, walking distance to everything and all the advice from Mr and Mrs Balti we couldn't ask for anything more!

The biggest surprise for me was how such a place could have been so well reviewed by so many. The lesson I have learned here is that trip advisor reviews can be terribly misleading. What I found was a fascinating historical building, operated by a couple of caretakers who look overworked and under resourced for the task they are attempting....

The proprietor, Mrs. Balti, was totally lovely and I enjoyed my stay at B&B Saint-Louis. I agreed to stay my last of 3 nights at another property since they were overbooked and had been so nice. It was further away and not the same quality room and her husband wanted to charge me the same price even though I did...

We stayed here for three nights in spite of some negative or tepid reviews and were very glad we did. The location is truly peerless and we felt like locals when we stepped in or out the front door. I got the impression the rooms vary considerably in their decor, but ours at least had beautiful woodwork, molding, and chandelier....

location wise- this B&B is perfectly located within the old city walls. This is where you want to be when you're touring around old Quebec City. The old house is converted to with each room having its own small bathroom and enough room for two and baggage. probably the most delightful part of staying here is the service from the...

We stayed here for our first anniversary for 3 nights, sort of a last minute booking. You cannot beat the location of this place, right in the walls of old Quebec, a short walk from everything. We got a queen bed with our own bathroom (would recommend that if your staying). The hosts were such a sweet couple, who were...

The b&b is great value for money for my family and is located within the old Quebec City. It is perfect walking distance to all the tourist attractions! The owners made fresh breakfast for my family each morning. We had fluffy crepes with fresh fruit salad, home made bagels and jams one morning and delicious cheese omelette with strawberry yoghurt...
