Having stayed here several times this place deserves a good review.. It is a smaller but quaint building as any in Old Quebec. The rooms are clean and staff is very polite. This hotel is in a prime location to all tourist locations and shopping. The area is safe at night and well light. Would come back again..

The location of the hotel is great as it is walking distance to everything. The rooms were clean, but really cold and I had to turn the heating up upon check in before coming back to sleep for the night. The management was friendly, but it took awhile for us to check in as there isn't someone who always sits...

A basic[two star?] hotel which has a great location and very clean. The price is right - for about 20 more dollars get the superior double room as it is very spacious. Also ask for a room not facing the street as the street can be somewhat noisy. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I will stay there again.

We were a couple staying for a night, pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were not entirely fluent in English but were polite and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early and with parking across the street, it was all very convenient. Pros: Incredible location right up the street from the Chateau, everything within minutes walking. Great restaurants in...

I wasn't expecting much after having spent a week in a 4 star hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place was clean and quiet and so close to all the action! Walking distance to most of the attraction. We had a room with a private bathroom. There was no light in the shower and the bed was...

When you reserve a room, they charge you for the entire stay before you check in. I gave them 24 hour notice to cancel the last night's stay, but they said we will not refund you even though you are giving us advance notice. The owner is a bad businessman and be careful before allowing him to charge you in...

We stayed in this hotel for our family trip. First for long time. Discusting it is not a world. Very tiny rooms, shared bathroom, no window, very dirty (nails found on the floor). Next time we will prefer camping tent!!!

Our room was very small and extremely hot but the location was a few doors down from the Chateau Frontenac and great restaurants. Our TV did not work and it was not a priority for staff to fix it. However, they were vey helpful with getting us taxis and helping with getting an idea of the lay of the land.

I stayed with my wife by the end of June 2016 in a short visit to Quebec city, we reserved a room the night before by mistake. She called two hours after the reservation was made but nobody took the phone, next morning before traveling to Quebec from Montreal she was told the booking couldn't be cancelled and if so...

I had to come into Quebec City for business, but needed a place that was affordable (accommodation tax is 19% there). I stayed on the fourth floor in a private room but with a shared bathroom (you could have both for extra). The building is quite old and the staircase going up proves this. My room slanted up from one...
