We stayed in a Junior Suite on the Fifth Floor with views of old Quebec City and the St. Lawrence River. The room was large and comfortable, immaculately maintained. The bathroom was small, a reflection of the historic nature of the hotel, but the closets were spacious and the overall experience was one of old-world elegance. The lobby and public...

We recently stayed for 9 night at this magnificent property including Christmas and New Year. We could not have been happier with our stay. Apart from the location in the wonderful old quarter of Quebec the property itself was also excellent. The restaurants were excellent and very child friendly and I would recommend the High Tea on Saturdays at the...

For those familiar with this grand old hotel, they have taken it to another level in every respect. The restaurants are fantastic, every staff member from the valet to the bar, boutiques etc., were outstanding.

This is our second time staying at this magnificent hotel and on both occasions it has been pivotal it making our stay in Quebec City memorable. The grandeur and history of the hotel is impressive, the staff attentive and helpful and the location in the old town - just perfect! The family rooms are a generous size and despite staying...

We stayed at Le Chateau Frontenac for two nights; this is an amazing hotel with great views and service. The staff are proactive in assisting their guests; unfortunately, during our stay the heater/thermostat in our room did not work, the maintenance guy came but could not fix the issue hence a portable heater/thermostat was plugged in. When management found out...

I became a fan of these old CP hotels years ago when we stayed at Banff Springs and Chateau Lake Louise, so when we decided on a stay in Quebec City the Chateau Frontenac was our first choice. I’m feeling mixed about the Chateau Frontenac. We experienced some great pleasures, and some disappointment. With time to reflect I’d say that...

This was our first trip to the province. We decided to stay at the Frontenac because we knew that it being winter and having 3 children there may be a good chance of staying inside. From the minute we had arrived everyone was overly friendly. The Hotel rooms were a great size for the 6 of us traveling. The hotel...

Stayed for four nights over the Christmas holiday. As everyone knows, the location is perfect for exploring Old Quebec, both the upper and lower towns. Service was exceptional, and you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, and the rooms were very comfortable, as well. Only negative was the fact that they charged $16 a day for wi-fi access....

The Frontenac commands a perfect spot overlooking the river. Although staying there would be wonderful no matter the season, I was happy we were there over the Christmas holidays. The toboggan run was right outside its patio with two adorable ice sculptures. When the snow fell, it covered the roof and simply looked like the castle in "Frozen." It is...

The Chateau is Beautiful and its history is unbelievable! Unfortunately the money that you spend can be spent staying at other places that you get soooooooooooo much more!
