Reading previous reviews about l'Hotel Jardin Sainte-Anne, I was skittish about having booked two nights there. That was in March 2015, the day after a blizzard. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival! First, the front-desk personnel (at the main, or sister, hotel: l'Hotel Champlain, up the street) were friendly, and although I didn't need a map, I had witnessed...

Stayed 5 nights and had a place to sleep. Room was not cleaned daily, but there was an extra charge for that service. I didn't argue. The toilet in our room didn't flush properly, so we used one in the hall. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, so it was ok. However, if you want luxury this is not the place...

If you're looking for a hotel whose atmosphere fits right in with the Old City and you don't mind that the room is small, no air conditioning and you have to carry your suitcases up 2 flights of steep, narrow stairs, and you have to check in next door and then roll your luggage down the street, then this place...

We stayed for two night at this hotel, very well located but in deep needs of renovation. However it was clean and for service we had to go to the hotel next door, which we knew before hand. Breakfast was to be served at a different restaurant but was relocated twice.

Deciding to book about one week before going to Quebec City, I was fortunate to grab a room at a resonable bargain rate through hotwire. And there were no complications with my reservation when inside and was actually able to check into a room around 9am because I was moving over from a nearby hostel. The only complication at Jardin...

We stayed at this tiny charming and very rustic hotel in Old Quebec City and were delighted with the decor, the prices the central location and the peace and quiet. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and well appointed. The building dates back to the early 1800's, and its slightly uneven floors and old wooden framework combined with...

I stayed here for one night, APR 15 - APR 16, 2016. I would like to stay here for more nights (if I had money and time). I booked through Hotels.com. When I arrive at the hotel, I was told that I was given a free upgrade, from a single-bed room to a double-bed room! The bed was comfortable, as...

I've traveled a lot and stayed in everything from 1 star to 5 star hotels but this was probably one of the worst. It's in a great location & has clean rooms but won't stay here again. The walls are super thin and if you have a problem the night staff won't do anything about it. Several times when we...

Hotel Jardin Ste- Anne is located very close to all the attractions in Old Quebec City. The reception is managed by very friendly and approachable Staff. It is situated at the next door in Hotel Champlain. We have made one request about price adjustment which is promptly and kindly agreed up on which is very rare. I would recommend this...
