The location is a little weird. We had some trouble finding it, but you will be half Haut Ville and half Basse Ville. A little walk up or down, close to everything you will need. Breakfast was sufficient, parking at the bottom of the hill....More
We were pleasantly surprised - great hospitality, great location in old quebec with close parking, and a clean room with comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything you could want to do in old quebec.
Room way to small, no bathroom in the room, just a hand sink, no closet, toilets and shower located in a common area, WiFi was a nightmare, the hotel smelled dirty, no a.c., just a fan, very noisy construction all around, disorganized poorly presented breakfast....More
My wife and I spent three nights at Manoir des Remparts during the Music Festival in mid-July and loved our stay -- the owner was so friendly and helpful! First, the hotel has a terrific location – a short walk to the historic district, restaurants,...More

The hotel staff will direct you to a small parking area near the hotel on "rue de la vieille université" and it is free. When you cannot park there (for some reasons I could not park there on sunday night) you can park on the street (just up the hill, you will see the meters) for free. Otherwise, have a car in the old town is a nightmare. If you are stuck and do not want to worry about your car, and you can afford it, park in one of the 24 hours underground parking "P". There is one that I use and is not always full is on Haldiman near the Chateau Frontenac.
