We recently stayed at this hotel during the last weekend of the Winter Festival. The location couldn't be bettered for the price, the rooms were very spacious and the front desk gentleman Constantine was so pleasant and helpful, he really made our stay! The room had lovely soft linens, adjustable heating, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, bathroom soaps and...

This hotel is conveniently situated behind the Chateau Frontenac and is mere minutes away from the Funiculaire and the old city. Accommodations were very clean, comfortable and our host, Constantine, was absolutely the best. A nice continental breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in a standard room and I saw that there were larger rooms with a view over the park in front of the hotel, so I can only judge the room I had. My room was small (very small) and the exit stairwell ran outside my window and therefore I felt I had to keep the window closed at...

This hotel is a converted old house. The rooms for 4 are a good size and the owner very friendly. He was very helpful with sites to see, where to eat, and where to visit during our stay. The continental breakfast included muffins, bread, and coissants as well as juices and hot drinks. We opted to eat out on the...

Stayed here two nights happily and comfortably. I had a room with a large terrace and a view of a park and the river in the distance. Located close to everything, this place is a real find! It's also a good value. My room literally backed onto a wall of the illustrious Château Frontenac but at less than half the...

Very nice and pleasant location in Quebec. The staff is very friendly and explained a lot to us. It is just beside to Chateau Frontenac, so its just in the center of the nice upper village of old Quebec. The hotel is located in an old fashioned house, but the rooms are lovely renovated. Breakfast room is a bit very...

The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel like a guest in their homes. Rooms are gorgeous and big with amazingly comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location for walking to all major sites. The best place to stay in Quebec City.

Just stayed at this property last week. Right behind the Chateau Frontenac - so location couldn't be better. Continental breakfast provided in small breakfast room. Our room was on ground floor and it was comfortable and quiet. Reasonably priced. No elevator - so a big suitcase will need to be carried up stairs to some rooms - maybe a plan...

While the location and service at the hotel was excellent, I would not recommend this establishment given the horrible rooms on the ground floor. We had booked a month ahead and were still given room "1" which opened onto the lobby. This room was incredibly loud - you could hear all conversations of guests in the lobby and their entry...
