I cannot really add any more to the rave reviews already submitted here. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked one of the rooms by the elevator on the lobby floor, but did not feel inconvienced at all. An added bonus was the boot dryer by the ice machine which

FIrst: location. This hotel is located in the heart of everything. Just steps from outstanding restaurants, shops, sights. In 2-3 mins you can be at one of several great restaurants. The Chateau Frontenac is maybe 5-10 mins away. The lower town also probably 10 mins walking. We

Our school has used your hotel for many, many years and so when a group of 4 teachers decided to take a trip to Quebec, there was no question where we would stay. It is perfectly located and very homey and private. We took you up on the lounge and had our coffee and played board

Clean and modern bathrooms.
View from the room, looking out on Rue Saint-Jean
Room 113. Corner view, with a king-sized bed.
Parking costs extra (I can't remember the daily rate). The height limit in the garage is 5'8", but our SUV was slightly taller and we had no problem. If your vehicle IS too tall, you will be directed to a garage further away (which might be outdoors). Did not need late check-in, so can't comment on that.

Hello, The Hôtel is located on the corner of St. Jean and L'Hôtel Dieu. If you are coming from the west, down St. Jean street then you can take a left turn just after the hotel. There is an unloading zone for the hotel right there on the corner (on rue Hôtel Dieu). It is well indicated by 2 signs. If you are coming from the other direction (the east) you can also turn down this street or just pull up right in front of the hotel where there is another unloading zone. Regards, Justin

We had gps, google maps which worked fine. I would get a good road map anyway. Learn the French words for north, south, etc. as the road signage is in French. 1st time we drove in without GPS and made it. Park in front or side of hotel, go in. They will direct you to the free parking .

Hi, sorry I forgot to say that sometimes you can here the hum of the restaurant kitchen dishwasher. In 4 years we never received a comment about this but I thought you should know. The rooms face northeast and do not get direct sunlight however I would not say they were dar rooms. I posted a video of these rooms on our website and it shows you everything. Also yes, they are 20$ cheaper than our Small 1 queen rooms but are larger. Also, we get pretty good feedback about our salon so I personally think it is a plus to be close to it because it can act as your personal living room. To be perfectly honest my hope is that if people choose these rooms they will be pleasantly surprised. Last year we would mostly rent them to “walk ins » that is to say, people who walked in off the street and could see the room before they rented it. Putting it on the website like this is an experiment to see if people are still happy with the selection. Sorry this is probably too much information. Hope we get a chance to welcome you,
