Stayed at hotel last weekend. What a great place. Welcome was fantastic. The front desk girls were outgoing and kind. The place was super clean. Our room was fantastic. Beautifully re done. Bathroom was great. I can't get over how kind the people are in Quebec City. We are only from Montreal but to get a waiter or service industry...

As with most boutique hotels, this one has its quirks. No elevator, narrow halls to haul your luggage up flights of stairs, no bathtub in our room and a room not much larger than some elevators. If you're weak, very old, or really want a McHotel, this may not be your place. If you want very good friendly service, clean...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to share your comments on our hotel. It's true, the hotel have many particularities due to many regulations, the building can't be modified like we want it. Result: every rooms are unique and it give a particular charm to the hotel. Of course we do not have elevator but we do have valets/porters...

It is not a cheap hotel but it is excellent and had everything we wanted. Our room had no view but it didn't bother us. There is no elevator so it is not as accessible for those who find stairs difficult. Also there is no restaurant so you will need to go out for breakfast. What mattered to us was...

Can truly say that I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Acadia. We loved the old world charm smack dab in the middle of Old Quebec City. We arrived early on a Thursday before check-in and the front desk was quick to help. They valeted our car, took in our bags and set us up for our room...

Quebec City lodging during peak tourist season (the week of Canada Day/July 4th) is expensive, but this very solid hotel gives you surprisingly strong bang for your buck. Great staff, great location. Highly recommended.

My family and I were returning back home to St Catharines, ON after spending time in Nova Scotia. I thought we would go to Old Quebec City, we have never been there before. To be honest we usually go home the USA way. We arrived in the city and were awestruck immediately. We entered our quaint Hotel and were shocked...

we got the signature room (room 100). the room far exceeded all my expectations! you can't tell from the photos but the room is actually really sizable, and there is a hidden murphy bed in the wall. the character of the hotel is awesome, but the stairs are narrow and steep so not really accessible (but what can you do...

This is a quaint little hotel in Quebec City. We expected to have a regular room with 2 queen beds, and instead were provided with a full studio on the bottom level which allowed for 2 queen beds, our own full bathroom, a full kitchen with pots/pans, etc. Full living room. Beautifully furnished with a european flair. I would recommend...
