La Chapeliere is a tourism home located in one of the oldest districts of Quebec City. It is a charming and cozy house at the foot of the Cap Diamant. Seasonal terrace with a spa (summer only) with a view of the St. Lawrence River and the south shore. Very nice place where to eat and relax. The kitchen is a lively place where hearty breakfasts are prepared in front of you by the owner. The kitchen is very well equipped and at your disposal to prepare meals. The dining room has a large table where it is nice to gather around to talk with family members and friends. During the cold season, a slow combustion stove warms the place (wood provided). You will also find, in the corner of the dining room, a piano and a CD player with a docking station for i-Pods or MP3s.Rates are based on six-person occupancy with breakfasts included. The house is at your disposal so that you can cook all your meals.

We stayed as a family for just two nights but were welcomed like old friends by Claude who was a most obliging host. Although we did not have the best weather for our visit, the house was warm, clean and comfortable and the breakfasts superb. A little further to walk in to town

Stayed here with my 3 adult children in late May/early June and have to say it was one of the nicest B&B experiences we've ever had. We rented the entire place so we had it all to ourselves. Aside from the fantastic location which gives you walking access to Le Petit

Maison La Chapeliere is a wonderful place to stay in Quebec. Claude is a great host and the breakfasts he prepares are 5 star meals. Claude has restored this house to a 19th century home. The creaky floors and rooms are rustic, but really made our travels around old Quebec
