This is a quirky old place with one of the best locations in the old Quebec City area. What we liked most was being half way between the old city and the lively Avenue Cartier area. When we tired of the tourist experience we just walked a few blocks in the other direction and dined with the locals in some...

Stayed two nights in this very nice B&B. The place is a nice older home, converted to B&B use. Clean and cozy, the managers could not have been more accommodating, fixing a really excellent breakfast. The location is good, while not inside the old city, it's a short walk there. The street where it's located is full of cafes, clubs,...

Our stay at the Manoir Mon Calme was just what we were looking for - quiet, quaint and close to all Old Quebec has to offer. It is within walking distance (if it's not too cold outside) to the old city and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and even two nightclubs within a block of the B&B. The...

My friends and I spent two nights in Manoir Mon Calme in Quebec. Except the beautiful scenery there, I was most impressed by PAUL HO and Mrs. HO. they gave us a very warm welcome and provided us with very comfortable services in the hotel. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The boss is the best host I have ever met in Canada. I am quite impressed by the wonderful breakfast and the comfortable atmosphere at the hotel. I still remember the bananas the boss gave us when he saw us off in the early morning. If you...

Simply put: A beautiful, old-world-charm B&B, with kind, sweet & respectable host & hostess. Perfectly situated... 2 minute walk to the gated wall enclosing Old Quebec City. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Onsite parking and computer access was a plus. We were made to feel at home. We highly recommend this B&B to couples and families.

My spouse and I had a 4 day stay at Manoir Mon Calme on the advice of friends, who had been there a few years ago. The location is perfect: in a quieter neighborhood a short walk from the tourist filled walled city, adjacent to the many restaurants on the Grande Allee, and a short walk to the eateries and...

I usually have reservations (no pun intended) about Bed & Breakfasts. I like to come and go as I please without feeling I need to socialize with people I don't know or that I may potentially be waking somone up if I stroll in late from a litte "wine tasting" around the area I'm visiting, so needless to say, when...

“There are many stairs in this place - stairs to the front door, stairs down to the breakfast room, and computer area, stairs to the second floor. To minimize this, I would suggest asking for a room on the main floor.”
