All we can say is that we have to confirm the appreciation of Emma from Toronto. There is not the slightest will to welcome the guest and ... customer. The welcome and the first impression of the hostess were so bad that we made a u-turn even before climbing the narrow, plastic-covered stairs.

She said she was overbooked and had no more rooms but then said she had this apartment in the basement that I could probably stay. She took me down to check it out and it was terrible.
