recently had one night stay, no complaints as price was reasonable, room modern & clean location is on route 112 near intersections of interstate 10 & 55, about two miles to downtown Sherbrooke sits on a hill providing for nice views of the area, indoor pool area on the small side, no place to hide from screaming kids

The hotel is conveniently situated, not far from the University, but in any case you need a car to move around. The rooms are clean an modern and the hotel has an excellent swimming pool, including a Jacuzzi. There is no restaurant in the evening, but the reception desk can give you some phone numbers of neighbouring restaurants to order...

We were quite disappointed in this hotel which is more like a motel, small rooms, not enough lighting, not even a bottle of water in the room. Customer service quite unfriendly as though we were bothering them. The place also needs some renovation: everything is old! The rooms are however clean and the beds comfortable.

A nice hotel. The gal on the front desk was very pleasant. The lobby was a beehive of activity with lots of people gathering for some sort of conference. We entered our room from the side entrance and noticed it was in need of some sprucing up. Compared to the main lobby it was run down with peeling paint at...

This was a good stop for one night on our way through to Maine. Friendly staff, OK continental breakfast (for $8 extra). The hotel seems a bit dated but still very clean. Someone driving a large SUV or a pickup would find the parking very tight. I would stay here again.

We spent one night mid week in a double queen room on the ground floor. The greeting at check- in was friendly and hospitable even though we are English speaking. We also liked that we could park the car outside our room and access it from the sliding doors. I routinely thoroughly inspect any hotel room before my family sleeps...

Booked 'deluxe' king room for one night. Prepaid with Hotel.com Nonetheless the first thing they want is a credit card for 'incidental or other charges'. OK, but they don't tell you they are charging a $200 deposit on your card (insecure management I guess). I had no charges during the stay which was confirmed at check-out. That was 4 days...

Hi guest, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the hotel but here some explanations. The $200 is only a hold on your credit card and is common in our industry. The exception with us is that we tell our guests other hotels don't. we do not have nothing to do with the time it takes to reverse it. The...

picked this hotel becuase of its location and on-site restaurant; but surprised on arrival to learn that restaurant is closed except for breakfast. Local newspaper reports long-standing labor relations problems at the hotel.

We stayed here for a night on our way to New Brunswick. Even thought he cleaning staff was on strike, our room was clean and the hotel was great and the value for the room was superb! Would definitely stay here again.
