A smelly desk clerk with BO issues checked us in to our room well into the evening and we just nicely got settled into the room when we discovered there was no shower curtain and no phone to call the front desk. I walked down to the front desk and he assigned a new room to us on the opposite...

VERY HARD TO FIND. Down a side street between a car dealership and various older buildings. The only lights in the parking lot at night are from the back wall from security lighting attached to a business next door. Sound safe to you? We almost changed our mind but friendly staff checked us in quickly and our room on the...

Have used this hotel for work for about 5 years. They recently did a very minor facelift on the rooms. The place has been going downhill lately and I will likely switch. The last two stays the rooms have been dirty, the beds are worn down. The cleaning staff doesn't bother to do things like spread your bed properly or...

I checked in at 4 pm on a Friday, not busy at the time. This desk person was polite but they had a hard time finding my reservation (new person?). At 1 am a man uses a card key to enter my room (Inside safety lock prevented him from coming in). I yelled and he said "This is the key...

Stayed here due to fewer options downtown. It is OK at best. Staff were nice and accommodating and service and room were average. It is in an industrial area, that is not necessarily bad but it is also not great. Odd smell in the room and the hallways. It is ok for a night or two if all your looking...

First let me qualify myself. My wife and I travel North America for 2 months every year staying mostly in Comfort Inn "class" hotels. As an aside we also spend 3 months each year in Europe staying in similar level hotels. IE we've stayed in a lot of hotels! I booked this hotel over the net as usual on the...

Took about 10 minutes to check in, TV was flat screen with fuzzy reception, key card holder was reused (previous room numbers crossed out) and breakfast coupon has coffee stain on it, obviously reused. Decent place to last your head down for the night but not very impressive. Can tell they run the hotel on a shoestring budget.

Love the comfortable king size bed, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the short walking distance to Sasktel Centre for the Janet Jackson concert, can't wait to return to this place! The parking was excellent too.

We were assigned a non smoking room and when we entered, guess what hits us? the smell of smoke. For $145 a night it is not worth it. The room itself was clean but the smell is just horrible. Tv is basic analog cable but flat screen. The lamps had the outlets on the stand so that you don't have...

Pros - staff were accommodating with requests and polite. Overall, customer service was a strong point. Pet friendly. Cons - smoking - room smelled like smoke (reported but not addressed), lots of people smoking outside their hotels next to sliding windows and even staff were outside smoking in front of the front door to hotel. Rooms were clean but worn...
