the room was clean and cozy but I was across from the ice machine and the doors close very loud so for me I had a very early flight so it's hard to fall asleep with doors slamming.

Glad to hear your king room was clean and cozy. Do let us know the in the future and we will gladly move you to a quieter room, especially for a guest with an early flight. I hope you managed to take advantage of our free airport shuttle service as well. Thanks again for staying with us and the review!

The first thing you notice is the filthy rug in the hall. Then you are assaulted by the barnyard odour. And I mean odour. Smelt like urine and fecal matter. The floors creaked, there was a wet towel with lipstick in our bathroom. Dirty towels with holes in them. Holes in the blankets. Crusty stain on on bed runner, crappy...

Sorry to hear you had such a poor experience in the hotel. I can confirm with this reservation that the towels did not have holes in them and nor did the blankets. In fact, all of our linens are brand new as of this year. Cleanliness standards are our top priority. However, we will certainly be replacing the carpeting in...

Where do I start? How about the hallways, which reek like a barnyard. I'm not talking a faint odour either. It's nauseatingly strong and permeates the room as well. The carpet is threadbare and desperately needs replacement. The bedspread was covered with some kind of bodily fluid I don't want to even think about. The sheets and the blanket had...

Came in late with an early flight scheduled in the morning. The night clerk was friendly and made sure I got a quiet room for as much sleep as I could get.

We stayed here on our first two nights in the Yukon. The hotel is clean and quiet. The decor seemed a little outdated but the service was fantastic and our front desk clerk was helpful for any questions we had. Across the parking lot there is the independent grocery store and the rooms we had both faced onto the main...

It is an older hotel that would benefit greatly from renovations but the location is good, the value is good and the staff tries hard.

Upon arrival I received the middle floor of a 3 floor hotel, near the elevator.I thought I was doomed. However of each of the 2 nights that I stayed, they were peaceful. Facilities were good.I requested a fridge and one was immediately brought.Internet was also good. So, no complaints.
