Sky High is an absolute slice of paradise. For those worried about the somewhat rusticated amenities, rest assured that the outhouses, lack of electricity, no internet, gravity shower, etc. are actually amazing features to be embraced, rather than inconveniences to be endured - once you have made peace with the fact that you can't check email or reddit or Facebook,...

This is by far one of the most amazing experiences of my entire life. We were picked up from our hotel and driven up to the ranch. The driver talked to us about the history of the area and was really funny and nice. Once we got there, the staff was great and took the time to teach you everything...

We arrived to a most friendly greeting of a mother and her pups in an open enclosure. The property and area is clean and inviting. A warm cosyYurt is available to enjoy hot or cold drinks and relax before or after activities. We chose to go dog sledding and had the most amazing experience. I have been a dog owner...

Had an awesome time on the dog sled tour. Tour guide was great, had no issues at all with dogs or sled. Three of us all beginners at this & we all had a lot of fun on the tour. Highly recommend sky high ranch

Ok, so there's a first time for everything. I never thought I'd be writing a review for dogsledding at the Sky High Wilderness ranch! But then Christmas and gift certificates come along and the adventure begins a couple of months after. We had a great time. At the start you get a good lesson, (doesn't cover when your hat blows...

Just wanted to thank the team at sky high wilderness tours from myself and my partner. Although she didn't partake in the dog sledding for me it was an amazing experience I will never forget and will definitely try and come back to do it again. Highly recommend for anyone heading up to Yukon.

My Husband and I, and our three (almost) grown kids (ages 17,19, 21) had a wonderful vacation at Sky High over Christmas week 2016. We all have wilderness experience camping and canoeing. With that in mind, outhouses, hauling water, wood burning stoves, propane lamps and living without electricity are all in our comfort zone. The Yukon's rugged beauty, frigid temperatures and...

Because there's no too much snow, I booked an 1 hour dog sled tour with this guy's. Most of the tour operators were closed, and the big dog sled tours were not working. This led me to this experience and the awesomeness of riding your own dog sled (on your own) The guide was great and very helpful in the...

Had a fantastic time doing an hour-long dogsled run! Steve was a wonderful guide, and the rest of the crew were also immensely helpful and accommodating of the city-slickers. Dogs were, of course, adorable. Once in a lifetime experience!
