The whole stay was amazing, everything was more than perfect since we arrived and till departure. Service is exceptional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel, it’s my number one choice while visiting Sahl Hashish.

Arrived in the evening at the resort and were greeted by the reception staff with a lot of professionalism and human warmth. The beautiful buongalow with a tastefully furnished bedroom, bathroom with shower and very clean and well-kept outdoor garden. The cleaning staff are very kind, nice and precise in their work. The highest quality a la carte breakfast, never seen before. The dinner at the restaurant was good but I was not as crazy as the breakfast. I probably didn't know how to choose the dishes ... wow ... it happens at the "high noble courts". The very nice pool with the kind and courteous staff. An important thing to say for what concerns the waiting times for breakfast, the waiting times. Twice out of 8 days we waited a little too long. However my criticism as a local guide is always constructive. We would happily return to this beautiful 5 star resort. Thanks to all the staff for putting up with me 😅…

We have recently stayed at this wonderful resort. We admire every moment we spent there. I'm very grateful to have chosen this hotel for my honeymoon. From the moment we were very well welcomed. The Front Office Manager came and introduced himself and made us feel at home. The check in was very smooth. The suite was impeccable. The food and the service are outstanding. The place is very clean and well maintained. Beach is rocky but we don't mind. I will definitely come back for our anniversary. This hotel will be our romantic getaway. Thank you everyone for making us feel very special.

I was in this hotel i june, and it was the worst experince ever. I was visiting meny hotels before and this hotel dosen’t deserve even 1 star. The front office manager Ahmed khalifa was speaking down to me in a rude way. I will not recomend this hotel to anyone.

We recently stayed at The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh and yet again wowed from the moment we were picked up in Hurghada airport to the time we checked out. We were greeted warmly on arrival by General Manager Amit and Front Office Manager Ahmed Khalifa. The hotel is a true haven for relaxing and unwinding. Just what we needed! The food is top notch with a wide variety of healthy options and local and indian cuisine. Special thanks to the following people for always going the extra mile and ensuring our expectations were always exceeded. Front Office: Samy, Walaa and Ketut from the Spa, Ashraf - Tennis, Restaurant/Kitchen: Hany Rateb, Chef Hussain, Abdel Awl, Abbas on the beach, Sayed and Food & Beverage Manager Ahmed Hussein. Housekeeping: Ahmed Abd Karim and Mahmoud who done a fascinating job each day with our evening turndowns. Dive Centre: Khamis, Ahmed Abd Nasser and Sayed who were always friendly, helpful and guided us daily to make the best of the Red Sea. I would highly recommend diving at the resort and also they offer amazing private boat trips at a very reasonable price. After 22 days touring Turkey, Jordan, and Egypt, we needed a stop to completely chill out. A place where the service was exceptional, the rooms roomy, the property beautiful, the SCUBA and snorkeling both lovely and convenient. Oberoi Resort has been it. What puts it over the top is, however, the service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient. The property practice of discouraging individual tipping and pooling tips removes the tension of when/how much/who to tip - unlike much of the trip. The people who work here truly want to serve the customer and it shows.

I was here for a week. Took the hotel Mercedes pick up which was fantastic. Great welcome. I went for the basic villa but that too was excellent with private sit out at back and indoor sitting area. They prepared a mini meal ready for me at room as I was arriving late. Went for the breakfast and dinner inclusive menu. Everything was a la carte which was fine. Dinner meals were fabulous and the Executive Chef personally came to meet me at the table which was a super gesture I will remember. Most gorgeous Tandoori Prawns. Had quite a few delicious cocktails which were pricey though at £20 per drink. The rooms were cleaned very well every day and house keeping very attentive. Fresh fruit and canopies given in room daily. Staff serving meals in the restaurants were also very good. I didn't do any diving but they had a diving centre. Pool staff very good too. All staff greeted you which was very nice. One of the duty Managers also came and spoke with me which just made it special and very welcoming. Scope for improvement - man sitting at Spa Reception was not interested in telling me about spa services but kept fiddling with his mobile and pointed me at a printed menu without making eye contact. Was served by two ladies at the hotel boutique, first day the tall lady who served me was very helpful and I purchased a nice item from the brand 'Malaika'. The second visit to boutique, another lady was there who seemed disinterested and bored and almost waiting for me to leave. They also had signs do not touch which was off-putting,…

In the hotel, we do not use local alcohol spirits for the cocktails but we prefer using well known international brands since their taste can differ and we want to offer the most genuine and trusted brands when it comes to spirits especially. Please accept my sincere apologies that your interactions at the spa reception and at The Boutique were not upto yours or the hotels expectations. For sure oberoi experience was the best i ever encountered ... not only the quality of food and beverage were top notch but also how the staff serve you with the nicest way ever Also the quietness in the place is a rare finding in any hotel or resort really What i liked most is the private pool is really private not like other hotels or resorts where the private suites are not entirely private and u could have some one in the floor above you or maybe someone can see you from outisde the borders of your suite
