We stayed overnight in order to be close by the predawn meeting point for a hot air balloon trip. We appreciated the large room and excellent shower. We slept well on a comfortable bed. We did not use the pool. Front desk service was friendly and competent. The breakfast buffet provides the usual wide selection of salads, baked goods, hot foods, cheeses etc.

This is a wonderful and well designed facility with very poor management lots of maintenance issues cleanliness and service the staff was probably never trained properly the last thing on their mind is the hotel guests pool is open from 09:00 am to 06:09 pm why? Towels are dirty room night stand and lamps are from IKEA pillows as blankets are horrible cleanliness needs major improvements everywhere. Impossible to get a towel in the pool I can go on and on and on the only bright spot was the breakfast which was very good it is to bad the place can be a wonderful place like I said the facilities are well designed and sit on a beautiful spot with great views

Clean & spacious rooms (and bathroom), comfy bed, pool right outside door (but doesn't bother privacy), great view. Breakfast reasonable but minimalist by Israeli hotel standards. Caviat: music from spa, if not turned off in evening, can be heard in adjacent room (soluable: reception operates 24/7).

I reached out to Olive Gilboa to book a stay for a group of 11 people a week prior to our stay. We were traveling throughout Israel on a family reunion trip with people from the US and Israel. We told Ronit that we would like to stay in an area where we would be able to be together and spend time together. She specifically recommended a group of rooms separate of the hotel that were meant for private parties. This option was the only reason we decided to book this hotel. When we arrived a week later, the hotel had changed our reservation and rooms without notification or approval as they gave the rooms we booked and paid for to another group. They tried to pretend that they "upgraded" us into their regular hotel rooms, which had no hot water, peeling walls, torn towels, and wifi that doesn't work. Their staff were rude, unprofessional, and unaccommodating. They did not seem to care or take much effort to help us and ruined this part of our family reunion. I reached out to management multiple times and didn't have the basic courtesy to even respond.

I didn't have wifi in my room for the entire stay though I asked several times to fix it. Booked a room with kitchen facilities but didn't have dishes in it and opun request they gave me single time dishes and the fridge froze my stuff (milk and cottage cheese) so I paid for a kitchen that was useless. The air codnitioner made horrible noise and one of the tvs wasn't working. There was no manager to speak with the entire weekend I stayed, I recommend staying somewhere else.

Nice place but very much basic and disappointing. Level of cleanliness and service is average at its best. Stayed for 1 night to celebrate anniversary and was expecting to get a much better level of service. I asked for a late checkout and got one hour. Was willing to pay extra if that was the issue... 5 minutes before 11am (original checkout time) someone just jumped into our room and was surprised to see us inside - “they told me you already checked out!” - felt really really bad to be surprised and suddenly have someone in your room... mistakes can happen, however, at least knock on the door and check if the room is empty or not - that’s the minimum I would expect from the hotel team. And that’s after I got approved to stay an extra hour... Bottom line - not a bad place - however not that good and very much disappointing considering my expectations for celebrating our anniversary.

We stayed for 1 night (couple+3 kids) due to a close by family wedding and didn’t fancy driving all the way back to Tel Aviv at night after the event. Hotel is nice and clean, room was spacious, pool is great, breakfast was very nice but ... 1. Very expensive, I stay in hotels all over the world and I think the price per night I payed here was the most expensive I ever paid 2. For the cost, you would expect maybe a bottle of wine in the room or something, but there was nothing. They call it a premium boutique hotel, so live up to the expectation. 3. Apart from the included breakfast there is zero food and drink options even by the pool. Kids were hungry in the afternoon, the only option was to order take away from a far away Pizza place So, all in all, was good but not amazing. I would recommend that they add at least some beers and soft drink options bu the pool, maybe some basic snacks and this would certainly upgrade the experience for guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big and very nice, great staff, beautiful view. The breakfast needs work. It didn't look tasty and it wasn't. Cold eggs. I wonder if the spa is open to all the guests of the hotel... Bottom line, I will come back!

The room is big and comfortable but the breakfast isn't that good, not a lot of things, food that run empty don't refill, we didn't like the food. I recommend you to sleep here without the food and search for places around
