When I arrived at Gaia I was in bad shape. The love of my life had just ended our relationship, I had endured 6 months of a particularly stressful work environment, I had moved house in 2 weeks from a large 3 bedroom home to a compact two bedroom unit & hadn't yet unpacked & I had been in a...

We recently spent our tenth wedding anniversary at Gaia. We had a choice of locations for this special occasion and settled on Gaia due to its reputation and to treat ourselves. We were very impressed. For us it was the right balance between sophistication, high quality service and food, and relaxing atmosphere - you can be as private or social...

I had just come through a particularly difficult period with a relationship breakdown and a toxic work environment. I had walked away from both but still needed some time to heal and to be kind to myself. This was, without a doubt, the best place to do this. From the moment I got out of the car I knew I'd...

My daughter and I have just returned after a wonderful 5 night stay at Gaia. It was the perfect place for her to celebrate her 40th birthday. The special treatment and the birthday cake was just delicious like all our meals and the good thing is that they are good for you!! We enjoyed every minute of our time in...

This was a return visit for me and everything was as perfect as last time. It is a place to rest, restore and regather - whether this is by yourself or with your partner. I went by myself to prepare myself for the second half of the year. The one thing that strikes me with Gaia is the service -...

Following the sudden loss of our daughter at 25 weeks, my wife and I knew we needed to get away but were at a loss about what to do. We had never been to a retreat/spa before but stumbled across Gaia and it was the best thing we could have done to start the healing process. The setting is stunning...

The quality of the experience from pick up to good bye is completely relaxed, stylish & exceptional. The accommodation is beautiful & peaceful & the little touches (fruit, oil burner, soft thick robes & slippers & quality...

I didn't stay at the retreat but I did spend a day there for the Gaia Goddess Day Spa package - thanks to my lovely husband :) It was absolute heaven! The treatments are so luxurious. You have several options for each treatment depending on what effect you want or what you feel like on the day. They cater each...

If you are after a small, peaceful and beautiful spa retreat that allows you to rejuvenate, relax and renew... then I cannot recommend Gaia more highly. The food is absolutely divine! The 25 acre property is beautiful and so peaceful. And the spa treatments are so very very good!! (The best massage I have ever had - The Ka Huna.)...
