A top choice for an culinary experience with Gregory and his staff. The villa is like staying in a castle with attention paid to every detail, with the art, the antiques, etc. His staff are so nice and friendly and very attentive. The cooking classes are fun, the excursions were enjoyable. Staying in the countryside of Rome and have this...

Sorry, but five stars are simply just not enough! Definitely need more stars. Gregory and his staff could not do enough for us. They deserve at least 10 stars, maybe even more. We stayed at Villa Marcello and it could not have been any lovelier. The view was breathtaking and the accomodations were perfect. Right down to Valerio leaving us...

Returned from Italy 3 weeks ago and have not been able to stop talking about the most fantastic vacation I have ever had. The village is beautiful and as I was not sure what to expect when I arrived, I was completely blown away by the beauty and serenity of the location. The staff is so friendly, warm and fun,...

Before I digress let me say first that you should GO. No experience is perfect but if you are lucky enough to visit Casa Gregorio...you are lucky enough. I read many reviews before and after my own visit last November and there is much discussion about the owner, Gregory, and his aloofness. One persons "aloof" is another persons' refined. I...

My wife and I visited in early June and had a great time. The cooking classes were fun and suitable for every level of cook. I enjoyed the excursions as they were genuine and not the usual tourist fare. The car trips were not too long for me - I found the countryside very interesting to view. Everything more than...

We have been to other cooking schools in Italy before, but this was by far the best experience we have had. What a pretty property, clean and well thought out rooms and the kitchen and common areas were warm and inviting. The vistas for this mountain top ancient city change every minute from beautiful to gorgeous!!!! The staff, however were...

We just got back from a trip that is hard to put into words, because it needs to be seen and felt. I bought this trip for a Christmas present for my husband. He has never been to Europe, he doesn't do well in crowds, and he likes to cook and eat. Perfect trip. We didn't see one other tourist...

My wife and I just returned from a one week visit to Casa Gregorio. It was really like a 6 star cruise, but on land. The ratio of crew/staff to passenger was almost 1:1, and it was an all inclusive experience except for a tip envelope for the crew. Everything is provided from the time you arrive at the Rome...

A wonderful place to spend a carefree week with a partner, family or friends learning how to cook a full Italian meal. Fabulous location, wonderful staff, great food and wine, and daily fun excursions to culinary locales. The Casa has been beautifully restored and designed with modern facilities and traditional Italian decor. Wander the narrow pathways through the double walled...

There are many things to love about Casa Gregorio, which is a cooking school/mini-resort designed for foodies. Its goal is to become a premier location in an area hopefully soon recognized as the new Tuscany. This effort is aided by the fact it is surrounded by a number of picturesque hilltop villages. CG offers two cooking classes: one consisting of...
