Reviewed 3 December 2016 Hillesheim doesn't have too much to offer the visiting tourist, but it is one of the crime-fiction capitals of Germany. The Krimihotel takes this theme and runs with it, resulting in a strange and charming hotel that's definitely worth a visit.

Reviewed 3 November 2016 I highly recommend the Das Krimihotel restaurant/bar for it's excellent service, great food and good prices. While I never stayed in the hotel, the lobby is quite amazing is worth a look before or after you eat.
