We stayed with Paul and Val for two nights, late December. Superb hosts, friendly, welcoming, genuine people. Wide choice at breakfast, but the 2 dinners prepared by Paul during our stay were outstanding quality. Delicious 5 course meal, each course was accompanied by carefully selected wine ( and plenty of it). The apartment was comfortable, spacious, warm and clean. The area, little...

Stayed 3 nights in October. Thanks to TripAdvisor I found wonderful places to stay during my 10 days in the Pyrenees and Languedoc-Roussillon but I think Aux Quatre Saisons was a notch above the others. Everything was just a little bit extra. Small but well appointed en-suite room with a fridge with beer and goodies that were gratis. Paul's delicious...

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brilliant Chambre d’Hôtes. We spent three nights in the second floor apartment in early November. The welcome was warm, the hospitality was second to none and the room was very comfortable. Hosts Paul and Val work incredibly hard to ensure your stay is enjoyable and that you leave feeling you’ve been well cared for....

Spent 3 nights in this fantastic B&B in Axat, a beautiful part of southern France. Paul and Val were the perfect hosts, extremely hospitable with loads of advice on places to visit in the area. Their breakfasts were amazing with a huge variety of breads, fruit, yogurts and cold meats spread out on their large dining table. Great time to...

We stayed at Aux Quatre Saisons for five days at the end of July while looking for a property in the area. Paul and Val were perfect hosts, and the accommodation was fantastic. Their knowledge of the area was superb with lots of good suggestions of places to go and things to see. The continental breakfast was beautifully laid out...

In fact to call it a B&B would fail to acknowledge the magnificent dinner Paul served up for eight of his guests on one of our three evenings. A local Catalan inspired paella of chicken and giant prawns, which followed a salmon terrine. And that was only after we'd finished the glasses of Blanquette de Limoux and tapas like nibbles...

Brilliant B&B in a lovely area of France. Paul and Val work very hard to make it a memorable holiday for everyone. Evening meal is a special treat, you must try it! Breakfast is also excellent with plenty of choices. I would highly recommend this B&B and this beautiful part of France to people of all ages.
