Negatives: The Internet: EUR 2 per day! Two nights awakened at 3am Czech guests! At the bar, smoking cigarettes! Positive: Breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful. The waiters are helpful. The rooms are clean, good size. Overall, we had fun. I recommend.

We sent an email and received an offer the next day. Then we tried to make a reservation. We called them 6 times and sent 3 different emails. On the phone they always promised to answer the next day. In the emails they stated they had answered already. We have given up. I wonder how the on-site service could be...

Felt unwelcome since the first minute. Staff unfriendly, not answering, hardly accommodating, themselves smoking in the lobby. Food was terrible, every night. Several times a buffet of overcooked pasta, or leftovers of the same tasteless food that was served earlier in the week. Not eatible. "Wellness area" was one small sauna crowded with people and a jacuzzi. No soap in...

Hotel in Bruck, 10 minutes from areitbahn ( excellent start point for skiing). Skibus stops at hotel. Hotel is crowdy, lot of groups but also couples. Rooms are ok. Food is traditional . There is a lot of space in the hotel. Service is good. Unfortunately people smoke in the lobbybar, even the personnel.

Last night in Austria so visited for dinner as the location was handy for us. Small menu so amongst our party we tried every dish and they were all delicious. The wedges with the burger were amazing and the goulash was very very tasty. Would also recommend the iced coffee which is as tasty as it is visually impressive.

It is hard to imagine a worst hotel. In quite a high price! We were told we will have a room at the next building. Turns out, it was 250 m away from the main building. It looked like a hunted house. All dusty, full of spider webs, cranky and dark. They claimed the booking said ״other building״ so we...

I was travelling with my friends around the Europe and we decided to stay over night in zell am See (if that is how it is spelled) and we found this hotel at 9.30pm so we were late I could say. Reception worker paid lots of attention to us and was helpful as she possibly could be. She told everything...

This hotel is almost completely family run and they all work very hard indeed to cope with the large parties which visit in the Summer months. As in all large establishments there were hiccups such as radiators not working and hot water not behaving itself. In spite of being so busy they dealt patiently with the problems and most were...

lovely staff, beautiful food, all round lovely location (especially the TraunerAlm). The TraunerAlm is a haven for hikers and no wifi (yes) matches beautifully into the terrain some people say that the staff are horible but they never fail to bring a smile to your face. The TraunerAlm is only open in summer due to avalanches. In my mind 5-star food...

We should have been accomodated in the hotel, but they switched it to the pension, whithout a word of excuse. Their pension is just basic level, there isn´t even place to put ski, we had to walk about 300 meters for breakfasts and dinners. Unbelieveable. Food was O.K., but service very slow. I am really dissappointed.
