I spent one night at Les Herbes Folles before an early morning flight from CDG and this property was fabulous! From the communication before arrival, to the check-in/check-out process to the restaurant/bar...everything was magnificent. The location is a little off the beaten path, but the surroundings were very tranquil and charming. The room I stayed in was very spacious (actually...

About 3 kilometres from the bustle of Charles de Gaulle, Les Herbes Folles occupies a series of old farm buildings in the centre of Mauregard which have been converted with taste and imagination into a simple but enormously welcoming small hotel. Our room was a good size, with a gleaming bathroom ensuite. The furnishings were simple but the room was...

Les Herbes Folles is near Charles de Gaulle airport. Built from an old farmhouse and winery it retains an old world charm, but with a very modern makeover. Crisp, clean, quiet, and very affordable. The wine bar is full service, doubling as a breakfast bar by day. The food, though with a limited menu, is superior.

We spent one night at Les Herbes Folles in between our flights into CDG and back to the US. We chose the hotel because it is in a small village near the airport, not in the adjacent town, but only a 10 minute cab ride. It is a beautiful property, with a lovely garden (glasses of wine before dinner!). We...

Les Herbes Folles is the perfect place to stay before or after your flight. Part of the original historical structure has been maintained and incorporated into the new decor. Beautiful gardens led out to a walk through time with parts of a chateau, a gated farm, and an old church within a brief walking distance. Fields were planted reaching towards...

A cut above your normal airport hotel. Located just ten minutes drive from the airport, this wonderful location including beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms, combined with one of the best welcomes we have encountered anywhere really does put this place a league above the alternatives in the Mesnil Amelot sector.

I stayed here to catch an early flight out next morning. The hotel service was excellent. The front desk lady helped with my request to find snacks after long day traveling, and also called the nearby shopping center to clarify few things for me. They also helped arrange my airport pick-up and contacted the driver for me when I landed....

Fantastic option near the airport without the big box sterile feel of a large hotel. We contacted Les Herbes Folles about a week or so in advance to arrange a train station transfer at no charge. Ravi texted us to confirm he'd be picking us up and where, and was prompt and friendly from start to finish. Upon arrival to...

Visited this little gem of a hotel whilst on a business trip, yes it is tucked away in a quiet village, no ; there are no trains or bus service within walking distance and if I was to moan it could have been a tad warmer in the hotel. However the staff were attentive, and friendly. The hotel is very...

Stayed for two nights attending FIE at Le Parc des Expositions in Villepinte. Close to both, though you need to arrange a taxi or shuttle bus with the hotel as there is no train connections. Located in a tiny dormitory village of about 330 people, there are no local bars or restaurants to try. The hotel has a decent restaurant,...

The spectacular buildings designed by the architects at MIAM feature three modern spaces incorporating a former distillery beneath a towering glass roof. One drawing room opens out onto the terrace and garden; the other, on a mezzanine floor, seems to hover over the church steeple. Warm, vibrant fabrics by the prestigious Manuel Canovas design studio create an intimate setting and infuse elegant style into every room. “We stayed in the guest house, which is the older part of the hotel and it was just so quiet with a lovely mix of old and new. It was very clean. This part of the hotel would be a super place for a wedding group or family reunion with its large communal sitting room and dining table. But great just for a couple staying overnight just the same. Endless possibilities.”
