A place for family to relax. This place has different types of tent or chalet for rent. Room is clean and comfortable, air-conditioned. The outdoor toilet is also clean. There is a BBQ area that can be used I'd you purchase the BBQ package from them. There are animal farms, swimming pool, trampoline, netball court for Kid to play. Somehow the snooker and netball facility is very old and not maintained. In overall a good stay. The owner should have build a bigger swimming pool to fit more people.

We didn't stay here but visited the Mini Zoo upon recommendation from someone else. We spent 1.5 hours here and our nearly 3 year old son enjoyed being able to get up close to the animals, even patting the ferrets and holding a kitten. He also enjoyed his ride on the Shetland pony. One of the swans is also sitting on eggs so I'm guessing little ones will be swimming around in the near future. The animals are kept in small enclosures which we have found is common throughout Asia, but every enclosure was exceptionally clean and the animals looked in really good health. The grounds of the property are also very well maintained.

We stayed at an upper level of a wooden chalet. Room is spacious, furnishings are simple. Bathroom amenities are provided. Downside is, there is an electric kettle but no tea/coffee as claimed in a booking website. In the middle of the night, don't be surprised to hear noises from animals in their enclosures. I could hear a horse neighing, parrots screeching from afar (but loud enough to wake me up), thumping by some other animal, and even a cat meowing. Overall, the grounds were well-landscaped and well-kept. The area was clean, and breakfast was simple nasi lemak and bread. You can see quite a number of animals such as marmosets, raccoons, crocodiles, peacocks, parrots, exotic birds, ostriches, swans, ducks, geese, tortoises, ponies, etc.

Room Tip: Better get rooms which are not too near the animal enclosures.

Spacious family room. Pillow and mattress should be improve (already thin) Have mini zoo and my daughter loved it very much. She also got a chance to ride a horse. Pool need to be well maintained. Breakfast no variety. Only nasi lemak and 1 kuih. Need to improve on the taste though.

Was reading a lot of positive reviews hence I have decided to give my parents a treat with my children. The petting zoo is impressive, with many adult horses and several ponies. Some unique species of monkeys, reptiles, porcupine, etc. This part children truly appreciate. Pool is small and we don't know why bt both children came up with very itchy rashes over their body after 2 hours playing in the pool. The nightmare is - I booked the superior family room, only to find that it's in the main building, right outside the room is the snooker table, and swimming pool., literally right in front of my room !!!! so you can imagine it's just nightmare...my parents had problems sleeping because just one wall away, there are many adults and children laughing, enjoying themselves!!! I called the hotel to stop this people, it was indeed mixed feelings, because people are here to have fun....but over here we are having our holiday and my children and parents need to rest...sigh....after being tourtured for 2.5 hours, I have to personally go out and plead to the people to stop...am thankful at least they are cooperative. Staff and very friendly and helpful....they even cook separately to accommodate our vegetarian needs during breakfast... The mongolian tent is quite nice, it was installed with ventilator...and there's toilet right next to it with good barbecue and stone tables and chairs outside....quite a good try....
