Just to tell the truth, on behalf of my company, we are unsatisfied with the services. The location is suitable for any event or function but the services is very poor and not professional at all. Why am I unsatisfied?? Please refer to below statements; 1. From my opinion there is no communication from your management team with your resort team. I had arranged with your management to set-up the hall at 12 pm at the day of the event but what happened was as my crew came to set-up, your resort team keep on scolding them. such unprofessional 2. Late preparation on rooms which make my registration team lost control of the participants. 3. Late preparation on food which delay some of our programs and that is not all, you guys are scolding us to cover-up your mistakes. Please bear in your mind that customer is always right, we as the customer which give you all the overall tentative of the program & you guys not following the tentative. What kind of customer services you guys are giving to us? With this type of services, we are sorry that we will not recommend your resort to anyone else. You guys already spoiled our programs.

We have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible. We have spoken with the individual(s) involved and please rest assured that we have investigated the matter. Upon investigation, we would like you to know that (referring to your following statement) - 1- We have set up the function rooms according to your request prior to your group's arrival before 12noon. However, your training consultants came shortly later & decided to change the agreed prior arrangements at the last minute, thus service was interrupted & delayed the entire program on the 1st day. 2- All rooms are ready to be checked-in, however, your committee members decided to re-assigned the rooms to your guests and delayed the check-in process. 3- Our foods are prepared according to the agreed time schedule given by your organising committee, however your training consultants came to the restaurant and decided to change the timing for certain meals at a very last minute. Please be advised that we have our own timing to prepare all the dishes. Some dishes require longer preparation time. When a sudden request to change the meal time, it will affect our overall service and causing delays. However, as per my understanding, this delay only occurs on the 1st day. The rest of the days meals preparation are on time & service were going on smoothly. Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we may cause you. Again, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer. We didn't check in with high expectation as we are locals and could pretty much guess the condition of the resort already. We were just very pleased with a clean toilet but because there was no shower curtain, by the end of every shower the bathroom would be wet and even seeped through to the carpet of the room. However, was a little irked by the cleanliness of bed sheet and pillow cases..not the cleanest we're afraid. Plus point is serenity of the surrounding area..just wished the balcony area was a little bit more 'open' and not blocked by so much vegetation..Do not attempt to bring in food and leave it in the room, could see plenty of ants around. For us, it was only for a night's stay so we were okay with the stay.

A nice quiet place. Very green and lush. Pretty small creek next to the resort and behind the rooms. Saw that children had fun feeding the fish. Noted some tropical fruit trees around. Something that the city kids might see for the first time:) Feels very homey.
However some points for improvements: Could easily miss the entrance as the signage was not clear from the oncoming traffic. Would help if a signage is placed about 100-200m before reaching the place. The lights in the room dimmed down when the water heater was switched on. I assume it's because the power load was not enough. We reached an hour earlier before check in time, but was surprised to find the gate locked. We thought we could sit by the stream or the garden benches and enjoy the scenery while waiting for the check in time. Unfortunately, we were not allowed in. However, all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

We booked this so called RESORT for some gathering with friends. At first we thought this place will be like some "back to nature resort" as we can see from the website. But to tell the truth its far from reality. It was a nightmare for all of us. Check in time is 3.00pm and not negotiable. No ample parking space (maybe one room one mini car). There's nothing impressive upon arrival except for aged signage and some wooden benches that greet us. No warmth greetings from the management except for the undermining look upon us.
Check in done, we have to go alone to our rooms with no guidance. Along the way it was like we are entering an abonded prison. No tiles along the way, just a raw hard cement with some unfinished cement brick wall that split your front door room and the 'orchard' in front. Even at the end of the road, the wall is just a row of painted ZINK!! It will be nicer if they can complete the wall or just leave it open so we can enter into the orchard and eat some fruits rather than they put in into that way! It's not even a clay brown colored brick!
Upon entering our rooms, it smells so bad with the wet carpet in front of the bathroom. They called this as SUITE? Maybe they just put the name without knowing how to differentiate between SUITE and ROOM or even between RESORT and MOTEL!! The room has nothing to be proud of. If you are in honeymoon, forget this place, it will turn you down. The mirror on the wall is some cheap mirror that they just nailed it, the other furniture is like you take it from some yardsale. The TV? Its a box with not so clear moving colored picture on that. The aircond? It a wild monster which outhale some cold air, BUT with no remote control and you just cant control it. Not to mentioned some cracks here and there in the room, luckily we are not burried alive.
Oh ya the fishpond? Ok that's a plus. But no kap or koi, just some grey colored river fish. The river? It was not meant to be a river but more like a natural smelly drain, and no fishing, no swimming, no BBQ at the riverside, no no no no (there is a notice in front of the reception with so much NO, DILARANG, TIDAK DIBENARKAN).The surrounding view was not so impressive, its more like a wild jungle rather than a garden. Back to nature huh?
The other things to be noted is on the service. It was TERRIBLE! As i've mentioned earlier, the greeting was bad, so do the inhouse service. The staff was not friendly, so do the MANAGER (I guess so from his/her bossy face - you know who you are!). Well we have to remember that we are living in prison, so we have to be back by 11PM! (and maybe we have to sleep by 12am or they will turn off your light?) Otherwise, you'll stay outside with monkeys and boars because they will close the gate at 11pm with no guard? With no easy access to outside world, no cafe or restaurant inside the RESORT and no other entertainment or even a spot for lovely honeymoon couple, this is PRISON!!
Ok thankfully we are only there for 1 night only. Upon check out, the so called MANAGER said there was a complaint that we stay for more than 10 ppl in a single room. WTF are you old man!! We booked for 2 rooms and only with 2 cars and not even close to 10 person!! Is this how you treated your GUEST?? You're very wrong if you thought we are some bunch of teenagers because in anytime we can pay for all rooms if we need to. That was very TERRIBLE and UPSET!
Overall, it was very BAD EXPERIENCE with this MOTEL!

Arrive here no warm greetings at all.The rooms are terrible.aircond not cold with no remote.the hotel Dont allowed us to keep the remote .tv not function.can see not enough electric energy supply to rooms as lights n aircond always on off.2.staff very rude.one is old man like technician very rude n 1 is lady tht looks like the main person in charge there.around 50 years old.the youger staff are polite n told us these 2 person always rude to customer n the worse is our room black out at night! The price expensive not worth it at all.we cnot complain anyting as the person in charge answer back with very rude manner! I want to know where to complain officially about the staff there.the only good things that good is the fish pond.hope the hotel management can take action of this problem

Pls do not let the photos fool you. the hotel is so run down. From the outside it looks ok, but once you step in it was a nightmare. The front office was run by foreign workers. The owner was an elderly lady who came in to attend to me. My office had a weekend trip for our family & friends to Janda Baik. We had booked almost 10 rooms and all are paid for, except for 1 room which was booked last minute. she would give me the room keys because of the 1 room not paid yet. OMG !! we had paid almost RM2K plus, what is RM100 plus ??? She was very unfriendly & rude. For the price i paid it was actually a rip off. The room was so smelly of old upholstery & furniture. The air cond cannot be on or off. once its on, its on forever. there is no temperature control or on or off switch. The air cond was not working well. quite warm. They had a fan in room - thank god, but the fan controller was sp flimsy that it almost fell off. The TV did not work. Spoil TV. The bathroom... the water heater control fell off. unable to control the temperature. The swimming pool was green in colour... full of moss... what kinda of resort is this. I was definitely ripped off for the price i paid. Very dissapointing. The service sucks !!!!

It was such a terrible experience that I have ever had. I booked a room which they so called a 'suite'...to be more specific it's LAVENDER SUITE. I was told during the booking that it's a 2 bedroom suite. As soon as I open the door, OMG there's only 1 space divided by 2cupboards as partition with 2 queen beds on each side!! Believe it or not it cost me RM773/nite for that stupid/silly room which they claimed to be a suite?! To make things worse, there's only 1 toilet and only 1 TV channel available which I could hardly see the picture.!! It was really a very very bad experience and I strongly do not recommend this resort as a place to stay in Janda Baik. True enough, do not get deceived by the website.!!

The rooms are super lousy! DIRT!!!! And Stains!! Too lousy not coming back again! Downgrade to 0 star hotel immediately! But luckily have zic and sharko cartoon and fish pond to feed the fish! The swimming pool's water is muddy!Bye!

The water supply constantly running in and out, thus providing clear water as depicted in the photos. However, it was a raining season during your stay and during this time, the water source will be a little murky. We regret that we are unable to do anything to go against the nature. The pictures are from another era, the place is poorly maintained. The pool looks nothing like pictures, staff call it natural water,meaning river/rain and its really green - crocs might me lurking there and you'll never know. Check out is 12pm sharp,anything above 12:30 they will charge you RM50 per hour. This despite requests, with no other guest coming in. The staff will tell you they have large groups leaving before you for early check in and large groups coming in aftwr for late check out. There was no aircon remote and no tv remote. Had to request from the lobby and the excuse was a kid thrown the tv remote into the fish pond.On the aircon remote, I was told to not chnage the settings!The place is dead. Compelte waste of money.

At 1st i plan to stay elsewhere but change it last minute due to recommendation from a friend. As for location, the resort is strategically located whereby, it is quite near to Genting Highland and the Bukit Tinggi Resort. This resort is more suitable for relaxing as the environment is serene, and featuring a fish pond in front of the rooms. Seri Pengantin might be a small resortl but well manage. The room is spacious which is very comfortable. For me everything is ok i certainly will repeat my stay here. The staff are friendly & helpful. I arrived early around 12pm and they let me check in as soon as possible. The check in goes very smooth. I recommend this place to everyone. Enjoy your stay..coz i already enjoy mine.. ;-)

We regret to inform that our restaurant opens only for group booking with a minimum of 30 pax and above.
There is a nearby cafe called 'Kopi N Kraf', walking distance or a couple of minutes by driving from our resort, opens daily except Tuesday from 8am-8pm. There you can enjoy light snacks and drinks. If you are staying at our resort, your breakfast will be serve at this cafe. If you are looking for heavy meals, we suggest that you can drive out to the nearby restaurant which is 10-15 minutes away. Our resort personnel will be able to help on giving directions to you when you are at the resort.
