Good accommodation, the rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast is enough, but should have less cakes or sweets. Although hotel has 2 floors it doesn't have an elevator, but have a small gym where guest can do some exercise. On the 2nd floor, guest have an open space where they can sit to have a drink and chat....

Recently stayed with my husband and 3 children (ages 9, 7 & 4) for 5 nights. Pros and Cons but definitely a great hotel for business travelers and not much of a family friendly hotel with the exception of Lucky Charms for breakfast (buckwheat waffles and stale donuts are not kid friendly). No cleaning on the weekends unless you have...

We booked an offer for 1 night and the room we were allocated as a Prestige Room (411) was a long way from that. We complained as smell of damp and were upgraded to Bridal Suite...

Ask for another two milks for a drink in your room and there is an inquisition between you, housekeeping and reception as to what happened to the two you should have had. Pool towels...

“Booked an offer and now know why!! Room 411 with sea view was our original room but we were changed as room smelt fausty. Ended up in the bridal suite (109) which was nice but not amazing! Would have been disappointed if was for our wedding even more so if wedding was in a very tired looking hotel.”
