Have just returned from st James again. We informed them we were returning, this time for a friends wedding and our own anniversary. They gave us a upgrade to a massive beach front room. Superb. Wonderful day put on for the wedding couple and 28 guests. Thank you to Rodney the sports organiser for keeping us amused on the beach....

Options: We took the All inclusive deal but I reckon you could take no options or part thereof. Personally the resort is totally out the way from any close restaurants nearby (~$50 for a taxi ride makes it expensive) to get around or you can pay seperately for your meals and drinks but most mains are around $20-30 mark plus...

For us the resort was just too big and therefore not as personal as we have experienced in other resorts that have cost a lot less. Impersonal... for example. The welcome drink is handed to you as you stood checking in. A quick instruction from the receptionist and a map in your hand and you are own your own. In...

Our family stayed at St. James's Club the week of June 15-22. My husband had won the trip at an auction for a great price. We thought since we weren't "paying for" the rooms that we wouldn't have a view. We had a great view though! We had the all inclusive package so we ate a lot and drank a...

We (three girlfriends) stayed in an oceanfront room on the Atlantic side of this property at the end of June - beginning of July in 2013. Our sliding back door opened onto a lovely patio which led directly onto the beach, just steps away from the water...fantastic! If it was too breezy on our Atlantic side, we just walked over...

Stayed at St James's for a fortnight in June 2013. This is a lovely resort. Relaxed but not scruffy, child friendly but not child centric, and excellent value without ever feeling 'cheap' or 'budget'. The all inclusive package really does include everything. We had a very positive experience and will definitely go back. Staff were friendly and helpful, standard of...

We stayed at the St. James club for my honey’s 60th birthday. The facilities and accommodations at St James are excellent. Lots of wonderful beachfront to frolic along. A windy, cooler Atlantic beach and a warm, calm bay side for children and leisurely play. Visibility is very poor and there is a lot of grass so snorkeling is poor. Nicely...

Great beaches, and location. Let down by some very tired rooms that are very overdue an upgrade. Pool is good, staff okay. Overall, make sure you get an updated room if you stay. The block to the left of reception is the old one that needs some love.
