The Lanner Inn is a cozy pub frequented by the locals who welcome anybody into the fold. There is a good selection of beer on tap and a choice of seating options to choose. The pub does have bed and breakfast facilities which although I didn't experience, spoke to guests staying there who were happy with the facilities and said...

Booked into the Lanner in August 2016 to touch base with an old friend in the village. Stayed 3 nights, had a comfortable room with en suite, both comfortable and adequately sized together with an excellent hospitality tray. Steve's breakfasts to one's personal requirements and as comprehensive as asked for take some beating. On the Sunday morning of my [early]...

Wonderful place with hosts Steve and Lynda, who are most kind and hospitable. Steve cooks whatever you want for breakfast (full English to a slice of toast and coffee). The staff are also wonderful and helpful. I had a lovely room which was immaculately clean, light and airy, with ensuite loo, basin and shower. Also, the towels were clean every...

I am from Singapore and was recommended this BnB by relatives. Great sleepover with nice full english breakfast. Stayed over for 7 days. The owner Steve is a funny friendly guy as well who grew up in Singapore during the early years when the British had a presence in Singapore. Although the inn is situated on top of a pub,...

We ended up here by accident after being let down by another B and B on a busy bank holiday weekend. We were made to feel welcome by Landlord Stephen and shown to our room. The room was clean and had a plentiful supply of tea, coffee and cookies. The ensuite was large with a modern suite, lovely soft towels...

Stayed overnight here last week, absolutely loved it. Stephen and Linda are lovely hosts, so are Doris, Bumble, Buzz - the pub dogs!! Great pint of Doom Bar, also do the Skinners. Great atmosphere with all the locals, and brilliant if you love dogs 🐶 So relaxed. We paid £65 for a double ensuite, it was really clean, packed with...

My wife and I booked a one night stay in the Lanner Inn as we were going to a Christmas party and didn't want to drive home after the party. The Lanner Inn was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of the party. When we arrived to book in we recieved a a warm welcome and before...

My husband and I stayed four nights in mid August. The room was great (remember you are staying above a pub - clean, comfortable, but not a 5 star hotel) and the 'ensuite' was just as big as our room! Pub staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious, and the pub dogs happy and friendly! Would love to...

We stayed here for 6 nights while visiting family nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, cleaned and made up each day without fail, with the usual facilities (en suite bathroom, flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities (with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, hot chocolate, biscuits), complementary toiletries). The owners and staff are friendly. Breakfasts were excellent, you can...

In the center of the village, by the rooms are clean and the prices are ok, the pub is clean and ok, and a good selection of drinks, would be better if they did food as well! It can get a bit busy on the weekends as the locals go there for a drink and it can be standing room...
