I have had amazing experience staying at Merumatta Resort in Lombok. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The with it's many beautiful pools and garden. Located on the beach and in town of Sengiggi which is a 5 walk. Food and beverage have been tasty and high quality. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Merumatta.

Hotel room was very nice, they upgraded me to the Bungalow Garden view for free. Service was excellent, morning buffet was very nice too - wide selection of local foods. The Guest Relations Offer Tari was very nice and helpful. She was very accomodating and suggested local food and places to visit. Do reach out to her if you ever stay here.

Well done, maybe I can check in again someday. The rooms are classic but still feel fancy. The wind is very strong and this place isn’t hot, so I can enjoy the environment. The Spa is 24 hours or can make request by myself.

Over all is more than average, but I wish it had white lamp kinda thing, also idk if it's my hair but the shampoo makes it kinda stiff, but nothing serious :) The view is outstanding, but unfortunately, especially the room in front of the sea
