It was amazing-for a quick trip from Cape Town you really can't ask for more. Lovely rooms, great safari's, incredible staff, great food...Highly recommended. One of the many places in S. Africa that I hope to return to!

Spent 1 night here. We did a sunset safari, sunrise safari, and cheetah interaction. This place was absolutely beautiful! The service was amazing and the food was beyond tasty. We got to see a plethora of animals! Hope to be returning here sometime soon!

Nice game reserve, some 2-2.5 hours driving from Cape Town. Very friendly staff. Rangers for the game drives very knowledgeable and passionate. While wild nature, some form of a controlled environment as the reserve functions as a refugee camp for animals with a tainted past. (E.g. cheetahs that were held as private pets.) Morning game drive in winter pretty cold...

A large game reserve with good possibilities to see the big five. Very nice accommodation and good food. Very helpful staff! The total experience could have been great, but it is not good hosting when the manager screams at and argue with the staff infront of the guests.

Had my first ever Safari/Game Lodge experience at Inverdoorn and can say it was truly a treat and great few days! The Staff and the Gen Manager Craig were always friendly and ready with a smile! The grounds are well kept and you truly feel that you are out in the Karoo, very peaceful. Ive managed to go on two...

I decided to book with inverdoorn for a safari. We decided to stay here because of the winter discount. Immediately pulling up to the place we were already feeling bad because of the dusty road and awful looks. The staff was extremely inpatient, rude and always seemed annoyed with the people staying. When we were given our room we found...

Our welcome was off-handed and unenthusiastic. We stayed in a chalet rated 4 Star. It was clean. Lighting was poor; if the weather had been inclement, there was nowhere to sit and read, other than on the bed. Bath towels were thin, and need to be replaced. Breakfasts were poor by International standards. Limited fruit selection, no freshly baked rolls...

About 3 hours drive from Cape Town, driving through some scenic countryside, worth a one night stay if you are looking for a quick fix of seeing game on a short trip to Cape Town. Well run, comfortable, friendly. Although this is a managed game reserve it's still a good experience especially with kids. Cheetah centre is a highlight, if...

We spent 2 days in the reserve. This is a very nice place, 2,5 hours from Cape Town. Luxury chalets are just fantastic, a swimming pool is in front of them with 2 Rhinos just behind. The Safaris were great, with the opportunity to see the big five very close. Our guide was really great! And top of the top,...
