We read beforehand that the restaurant was closed Sunday evening and we were too late arriving for Sunday lunch. The charming receptionist went and had a word with the restaurant manager and they made us welcome despite having had an obviously busy lunch. The meal was amazing and the wine delicious. The room was large, clean and extremely well equipped....

Having driven for 5 hours we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of a most comfortable room. However we were most disappointed to find that the restaurant did not open for evening meals until 9.00 pm and given the hotel is some distance from the village centre we had no option than sample their tapas offerings which were fairly unexciting....

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and didn't expect to be back this way so soon, but had to change travel plans so was fortunate to be able to stay here on our return journey. Our first stay was a very pleasant experience and definitely good value for money. I have no doubts this one will be the same...

Overall the hotel was decent... a little kitsch but clean, roomy and relatively comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and adequate. While the restaurant was decent for dinner it was sub-par for breakfast. I have never seen such a large variety of plastic wrapped donuts and pastries...

Stayed here for one night in a family room on the way to get a ferry from Bilbao. This hotel is located on a very busy dual carriageway and there is no double glazing or sound proofing. Hence extremely noisy. Room was a family room for four with a very small bathroom. It was basic and uncomfortable. Nowhere to put...

SORRY your comment. We have rooms if the noise bothered him onto the garden or in part by speaking behind the hotel reception had we changed it with no problem. The quadruple rooms as you said have 30m2. And with regard to breakfast I 'm sorry to say it's not true what you say and of course if you like...

We booked on line and were pleasantly surprized, yes we knew it wasn't a real castle! The hotel is situated along a main road which to a certain degree made it very easy to find. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the bedroom was pleasant with a balcony overlooking the front, there are fields to the back of the building...

We stopped in this hotel having just left Zaragoza. It is a modern castillo and catches the eye from the road, we pulled in, booked in and really enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the hotel was great fun. The service was first class. It may be more Hollywood castle than genuine but it...
