Me and my friend are Urban kind of people, so it was nightmare for us. It's very far from Krabbi Aao Nang (the beach where your bus from Airport take you to). we can at night so the boat-guy took us 1800 THB to get there. alone. at the middle of the sea, by night, for half an hour -...

I loved the place. I stayed there with my wife, mom and sister. The staff was great. They picked us up on the dock and brought us up to check in and then to our room. The pool was awesome. We had towels for the shower and towels for the pool in our room. I loved the different breakfast every...

The ONLY reason I am giving this resort 3 stars is because the staff is so nice and hard working. We were greeted very well with delicious bael juice and a young man helped carry our suitcase up to our room. Everything was fine until we left and returned to our room to find HUGE ants. We complained and they...

Okay so we stayed here only one night... we are more backpacker-style travelers in terms of budget.. so we splurged a bit; #1 we've been staying in some rough places, #2 Railay is expensive and reviews of other cheaper places seemed really bad. We informed Phutawan by email of our arrival- they emailed back straight away that they will pick...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We took a long tail boat from ao nang to railay west and then had to carry our bags from the beach to the hotel which took about 10 minutes. The walk would be a little strenuous for the elderly and certain medical conditions. The hotel property is also mostly steep...

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a family holiday with my parents, who are both in their mid 70s. If my folks coped with the incline to reach the hotel (and walking out and back to dinner each night), then I can only assume there must be some very unfit reviewers out there. We even arrived on long...

For eight nights I stayed in a villa in the garden. It was a relaxing time. I arrived in Krabi and could have booked a private transfer through the hotel but preferred to take the tourist shuttle to Ao Nang and a long tail boat to Railay West. You can really walk everywhere in Railay, so don't worry. It's only...

The nature around is beautiful. The villa is quite ugly inside and the bathroom is the worst part. The water was lukewarm closer to cold the whole time. Breakfast is really bad, not tasty and they failed to make an ok omelette - it had burned pieces of oil and previous food in it.

I had read all reviews before we went and must say that some i found to be accurate some not. The "climbe" up to the resort is not as bad as some say. Offcourse if you have lots off baggage and have to drag it all the way from the boat it can be a bit of a struggle but...

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. The lobby staff were amazing and helpful. I was not well on the day we arrived, and they allowed us to check in early so I could lie down. The food served at the restaurant is excellent. The pool is beautiful and the view from there is gorgeous. We found all...
