The Villa di Mantovani is a great place to get away for the weekend. Nestling in the mountains and removed even from the nearest town it is a place you go to to get away from it all - you will need a car to go out for dinner in the evening... but why not just eat and drink there and spend the weekend enjoying the facilities?
The pools are fantastic, the spa is beautiful, and the enormous gardens have fantastic sports facilities from pool to tennis to rock climbing.
This is a great place to go for a few days when trying to escape São Paulo.

I spend 5 days at this hotel on a business purpose. It is beautifully located. Home made food is offered at the restaurant. Just delicious. It is a nice weekend getaway. For those who want to relax a great variety of massages are offered. Mountain views are great!

Very Disapointed with the quality of food as it supposed to be at a resot level. We had requested to have the minimum possible of Gluten free product that if ever came it was unpallatable. I would suggest for the visitor of this "Resort" to land his expectation to ground.

The Villa di Mantova Resort Hotel is a very suitable place for all a family. The room is big enough for a family with couple and two children. The place is a farm with wonderful green ground, water, animals, lake to fish, a huge swimming pool (cold and warm), playgrounds and many other attractions for adults and children. One strong point is the mineral water that fill the swimming pools and the taps of the rooms. The restaurant under the responsibility of Head Chef Magalhães is excellent to say the minimum!!! Main course and desserts are tasteful and unforgettable. We were grandparents with two grandsons. All of our four were full satisfied with the care of the teams of young and motivated people responsible for the entertainment of adults and of children.

We participated in a corporate team building event at this hotel and the facility was perfect. Staff was attentive and conference rooms were what we needed. Hotel rooms were nice and clean. A little on the small side, but very adequate. The food was tremendous. Lunch and supper in particular were excellent. Plenty of on site activities as well. Worth a long weekend with the family.

Beautiful place great activities, great food, horse riding, high ropes. The kids clubs were great and tia manteiga especially wonderful with my daughter. Really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of the Resort for many years and have had several family stays there. On the holiday of September 7th, we made a reservation again. The hotel offered a good discount for paying by check. The same discount was not valid for PIX, only for checks. We have already made several attempts to resolve the problem with the hotel, but the feedback we received varies between a certain disdain and neglect and absurd proposals.
The last proposal from their (supposed) legal department would be for my wife to make a TED for them of the thousands of reais of the cost of the hotel stays, in exchange for a document proving that we have paid off the debt. In other words, they want to receive AGAIN the amount we have already paid, as they exchanged our check for services and now they want to receive a TED with the same amount. When we said we agreed to do this in exchange for them giving us the check back, they stopped responding. A total lack of seriousness and respect for the customer.
For our part, we will no longer make friendly attempts. We will talk to the hotel through Reclame Aqui, Procon and Delegacia do Consumidor.

We arrived at 11am and asked for priority check-in as we are elderly (71 years old) and came by car from Uberaba.
The guy at reception was adamant: only at 4pm. We went to the pool area and at 1pm we came back and asked for the room as the hotel was clearly empty. Without calling to find out, he repeated: only at 4pm.
With no way out, I lay down on the reception sofa in a deplorable scene for a 5-star resort with most of the rooms unoccupied.
After some time of this bus station scene, a room was released.
