Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Once again at this Hotel, we loved it. Family atmosphere, excellent for those who want to rest and eat well. We went as a family, this time it was crowded, holiday season. The other times I went in December, before Christmas, which was quieter. Férias has a leisure team every day. Indoor swimming pool has reopened, operating normally, with some finishing work still to be done, but now open. Just praise for the staff, again. The restaurant team is almost like "home", Luiz, Gabriel, always polite, helpful... in general, all the employees are helpful. I definitely recommend it and we will be back soon.

An extremely pleasant experience. Impeccable service from first contact to departure. Employees are extremely polite, helpful and careful with every detail. Very delicious food, clean restaurant and attentive staff to make your experience unique; Organized, spacious rooms and up-to-date cleaning. From the bed linen to the bathroom (very good shower); Games room and toys that make children feel comfortable; Common areas and the entire hotel, despite being old, are impeccably clean and organized. We loved the experience! We are surprised by so many polite, friendly and proactive people. Congratulations and thank you!

The Hotel is an icon in Águas de Lindóia. Old building, but well maintained, the renovated apartments are excellent, especially the Luxury Suite, wonderful!!!! The Heated Swimming Pool, recently opened, is sensational!! The service provided by the hotel staff is 1000!! Everyone was very polite and helpful!!! Christmas Eve was fantastic, wonderful food, very tasty. I recommend!!!

Old hotel but very well maintained. Well-maintained, airy, well-equipped and clean apartments. Very attentive, friendly staff. Full board, good variety of meal items. Close to the center and the resort. Nice and silent place. I recommend.

Hotel is well located and offers totally renewed rooms. Facilities are well maintained and restaurant staff is really nice. I had a good surprise when I arrived to the hotel, as I had read all reviews about it on TripAdvisor and notices that the hotel administration is also reading them and addressing the complaints. Afternoon tea time, from 4pm to 6pm and free water are really a plus. In addition, they gift you with 2 bottles of water on the check out, which is really kind.

This is a nice holiday place to stay. The hotel used to be a government retreat for officials. One can see it was a high class place. Hotel has many amenities, indoor and out door pools, play area for children, bar/cafe, dining, guided tours through tour operators. We were there during December holidays. They organized fun activities at the hotel for adults and children. Parents were free to enjoy holiday while children were entertained by staff. I recommend including meals with your booking. Mid morning and afternoon snacks and tea/coffee are included with meals.

Hotel, staff, cleanliness, food, recreation, everything wonderful...excellent, I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back. I would like to highlight the excellent hygiene of the place....the attention of the staff are all very friendly...especially Gabriel Garcon who is very friendly, helpful...the trio of recreation "uncles" are super attentive young people...cheerful...I observed that they do their work with satisfaction with the children...

Wonderful hotel, with accessibility, impeccable cleanliness, organized, perfect meals, I felt extremely good with my family. The staff are respectful, polite attendants, excellent waiters, with the exception of the waiter Gabriel, who knows all guests by name with total respect, very friendly, cordial, helpful. We will definitely be back soon as a family, thanking the monitors Panqueca and Fini, my daughter felt very good about the games, fun hotel with recreational activities on the weekends.

Spectacular hotel, wonderful service from all staff, meals with many varieties, wonderful heated and open pool. All the staff are attentive, polite, always willing to help, I especially want to praise the waiter Gabriel (a very friendly person, very funny), and the monitors Fini and Panqueca, who are also super attentive, with lots of activities and making the atmosphere more lively.

Very bad experience, I checked in on Tuesday I left on Friday (20.02 to 23.02.2024) we checked in we went to room 310 luxury, but the TV didn't work properly nor did the air conditioning, I complained to reception but they only resolved it when I told them with the manager Fernando who served us very well, changed us to a super luxury room (difference was the hydro) room 327 with a view of the hotel's roofs and chimneys breakfast, very good afternoon tea, lunch and dinner bad food with little variety. High point of the hotel the swimming pools the waiters (all) cleaning staff (all) lack of maintenance in general
