Coffee was spectacular, lunch food could be a little hotter and meal times extended a little.
These are just suggestions for improvement but it was a very pleasant period. I will definitely come back
2° Enough of a tiring trip and need to take a shower with all this mentioned above the shower and a pity heats little one hour nothing yet with a child of 2 years to take a shower very sad.
3° The children's pool q is for children the water was ice stone did not get close.
4th Farm? We saw 1 bull 1 poni 1 cow and some birds ( chickens )

This Father's Day weekend I had my biggest disappointment to date in a hotel.
To begin with, the owner of the hotel, with a frown on his face all the time, when he sees if he is not satisfied, he should stay at home, the hotel is full and he looks ugly, until his 45th wedding anniversary, everyone in the restaurant stands up to applaud, he didn't show any positive reaction, he looked mockingly, I was on his side.
Food. For me, a strong point of the hotel was the food, as this time it left something to be desired, at dinner on Friday we didn't eat chicken, but fried chicken bones, another point the drinks arrive at the table almost at the end of the meal.
Recreation, we paid to enjoy the hotel, but also to guarantee entertainment, for children and adults, for children it was average, as the activity periods are very short, for adults, the entertainer complained of being tired as he had been working without a day off for 1 month , mechanical activities just to keep to schedule, we asked him to put a speaker in the pool area, he said that it was just a matter of touching the pole that was playing, not even to increase the volume he moved, when questioned he started to chatter with a guest who was with us, asking to call reception because they set up the schedule (macro) and he was just there to follow it.
Fishing, the quality of fishing has dropped a lot, there are hardly any fish anymore.
Mega buoy, in the advertisement the mega buoy which is a strong point of the hotel would stay for a period in the morning and another in the afternoon, during this weekend, it stayed for 30 minutes on Saturday morning and then it was no longer set up.

It already had a package for the reveal package, but we canceled it after these episodes.
I hope that Hotel Fazenda M1 analyzes this complaint from an old and regular guest so that it improves and doesn't let its quality drop, it's a shame.
But we closed the family trip with 11 people in total, I arrived at check-in time (there at 18:00), but the rest of my family (due to work / traffic / travel time) would arrive later. So I asked to see if they could separate some food, since dinner was until 21:00 and was scheduled for my family to arrive only at 23:30. They didn't! I said that anything, I could separate myself, so I would not give work to anyone, but nevertheless did not allow. They said it was due to health surveillance, that if the person went badly, could claim it was because of the food they took from the restaurant! Okay, until then I even wanted to understand... but I've been to several hotels in the same style and they left! But it's okay, sorry ok! So to "help" they said that there was a restaurant in the hotel, where it worked until 23:00, which served snack (x-salad or x-burger) courtesy. So I said, "Okay, around 22:30 I'll go there and order the snacks for my family!" The receptionist then told me that I could not, that the person who was going to eat, who had to request... so I said "How will they request if it is scheduled to arrive at 23:30 and the dining room closes at 23:00?" I also said that it was a very sad situation that they said that they could not order snacks for them, because my family left without dinner to be able to arrive as soon as possible and they would arrive without having anything to eat! My 7-year-old nephew was together and they were really gonna do that? Let them go hungry? After all, the receptionist (although super attentive) didn't even know what to answer, said she was going to see with the manager, FINALLY they opened an exception and let me order the snacks for them.
Some negative points of the hotel, the ceiling of our bathroom was super fluffy and the sink took time to drop the water, the pools were dirty and the "heated" (which was not well heated) had a pretty strange foam. The little farm we thought was gonna be super cool for the kids, that wasn't all. The little pets seemed poorly cared for, even had a goat that was wounded with live meat and a lot of fly in her wounds. Another point that caught my attention was that there was a lot of dog cock spread across the hotel groves. But this is a lack of respect from the owners for not taking care of their pets (although I did not see any owners with dogs there).
Taking these situations all out, everything was okay. The food was very tasty and had varieties every day. The staff mainly at the restaurant were super attentive. The mini kitchen for the papies to heat the children's meals, was super beautiful and organized.
I arrived around 5 o'clock I was informed that I could only have access to the room at 6 o'clock , I walked a little in the hotel , returned to the front desk at 5 o'clock 45 and was informed that I could only have access to the room at 6 o'clock I found it very boring like having to enter the room at 6 o'clock in point .
Meal times of 1h30 very short should increase at least to 2h.
I went to make the trail to the mirante , the recreator Sid very inconvenient: screams too much and made a joke with me and my wife that I did not like , need to go through a recycling i.e. know how to interact and not embarrass the guests.
My daughters took a whistle gun waters went to play with the recreators and my daughter was reproached not to whistle water, she was very upset until I understand if you can not throw water in the recreators for more they were in the pools , they should know how to talk to an 11-year-old child.
I ordered 3 extra blankets because the night was very cold, I had to go get the blankets otherwise I was without until today.
The food I found very heavy : not bad but me and my family got quite heavy after meals.
Food: the quality of refeicoes eh excellent! But the staff is not well trained and I several times picked up cutlery, glasses and dirty dishes in the part of clean utensils. Besides, they do not know how to generate large queues and do not prevent people from taking a new feed using a used jah dish (this can proliferate diseases because the spatules, shells and forks that are lah to pick up the food touch the dirty dish that jah was used) and people take food with exchanged utensils and this can generate cross contamination.
Recreation team: very weak for young children (under 7 years old) and well animated for children over 7 years old and adults. In several moments I saw the recreators doing crazy jokes to relax people, have to take very care with it these days.
lighting: ok in the rooms, nonexistent in the other parts of the hotel...the sand voley square has zero lighting and the toy box near the heated pool has a bad lighting. Do not illuminate the beach voley square eh beeem unacceptable to me.
