We were in the city to visit friends, initially we were only staying at the hotel for one night, but we were so well received that we decided to stay for the weekend!! The staff were very welcoming and professional, especially the receptionists who checked us in... We took advantage of the hotel's swimming pool and bar (kitchen staff were always on hand to serve us and were very friendly) We only have praise at the moment and we intend to return soon!

We have been to the hotel other times. The previous one was in 2019. The positive highlight, already in advance, goes to the employees, with enormous goodwill, listening to complaints. This time, between 8/25 and 8/27, we faced a succession of errors. Although a conversation has already taken place with manager Vânia, we consider it important to list the problems here as well. We arrived shortly after 2 pm and rooms 309 and 311 were not ready yet. To top it off, the elevator was undergoing maintenance. The pool advertised in photos was under renovation and this was not communicated to us (which would allow us to look for another alternative, even outside of Guaxupé). The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired! It was easy to observe an overworked employee working without any type of cleaning technique: sweeping with a plastic broom and spreading dust everywhere; cleaning cloth(?) dirty; in the bathroom, the waste container without a lid and the person working without gloves: he took the trash and then clean bed and bath clothes(?). The sink bowl in the bathroom of 311, completely cracked; the hygienic shower (?) installed next to the sink in front of the toilet (!!!!!!), signs of wear and poor maintenance of the walls. Controlling the temperature of the bath water is truly absurd! 10 to 20 minutes to heat the water (look at the waste). On Saturday, after 20 minutes, I took a warm shower. This same Saturday, apartment 309 was cleaned at 5 pm!!!!! (lack of employees???). To top it all off, we, who have already visited the hotel 4 other times, noticed a dramatic drop in the quality of the breakfast! Who could have imagined that, in Minas Gerais, especially in Guaxupé, we would find horrible coffee, horrible milk and very bad fresh cheese? Caveat: the cheese bread. We hope that all of this serves as a warning for owners to pay attention to the place and not just think about expanding units. Details make the difference, but... Our contact with the Class Hotel Guaxupé, upon arrival, was horrible. There we found receptionists who were unprepared, inattentive, slow and without the slightest skills in dealing with the public. The attendant's response to some information was: "I don't know because I'm not from here"! All the maids on lunch break at the same time, which makes the guest wait a long time for the room. Lots of people waiting to be served and the receptionists were completely inefficient, busy searching endlessly on the computer and discussing “where is the reservation”. Terrible service, lack of attention to the customer, unacceptable waiting time. It was too much. Tired after 4 hours of travel and unable to access the room we had booked, we canceled everything and dissatisfied and very angry, we left for another hotel. A shame. I don't recommend it and we won't be back.

Great service from the reception and cleaning staff. Excellent room and bathroom cleanliness! Clean towels and sheets! Weak breakfast, pool not cleaned daily, air conditioning dripping in apt 118, mattress needing to be changed.

The hotel is super comfortable with great accommodation. A special thanks to the girls of the kitchen, Ana Lúcia and Marisa who prepare excellent meals, and to the reception staff who are super attentive and kind. My accommodations were very good.

Excellent service from the staff, everyone was very attentive and polite. Full breakfast. We traveled on business but we took our 5 year old son along, he just couldn't enjoy the pool because it's not heated. Still, I can't complain about anything, they provided an extra bed for my son, I thought they were very attentive.

Excellent service, very clean room and sensational breakfast. They also had a gym. The restaurant is a case in point, as the menu is refined and tasty. And finally, the staff are super helpful and efficient… Congratulations team!!!!

Out of 10 hospitality, comfort and silence too!!! All hotel staff are very polite! We love it so much! Restaurant with fresh products, breakfast with wonderful cheese bread. I was with my mother who is in a wheelchair and they helped me a lot with her mobility.
