A lovely traditional farmhouse in a peaceful rural setting close to Exeter. Jill and Steve made us very welcome right from the first moments of our stay. We enjoyed a beautiful, clean and comfortable room and a great farmhouse breakfast. Definitely one to visit again when we have more time to explore the area

This was a fantastic place to stay: the hosts couldn't be more obliging, the house and location were beautiful. Although a BnB, the experience of staying here could match some of the much more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Fantastic value and would return if needing a place to stay in Exeter without a shadow of a doubt.

One of the most pleasant b and b's I have stayed in. Located on a farm, the area is very peaceful at night and during the day-time. The rooms were clean and well-furnished. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and cooked a very good breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a good quality B&B. Rooms were well fitted and a good size. Great period cottage set in attractive grounds. Owners were lovely (they even gave us a lift to a nearby wedding we were attending). Breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at Livermore many times over the last couple of years and Jill and Steve have always been helpful and friendly. Their rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are made with local produce. The farmhouse is within a 10 minute walk of a couple of local pubs and other pubs and restaurants are within a short...
