Liked: very good location - near the plaza and church. It was old but room is tidy. Courteous and helpful staffs. Disliked: since the hotel is old, some of the things are broken like toilet flush, bathroom faucet. And there was no exhaust in the toilet. T&B is not clean. I don't recommend for guests that will stay long. Just...

I feel bad for writing a poor review of this place because the owner and workers are so nice and helpful. But why choose this sad outdated place where everything is old, paint is chipping off the woodwork, the fixtures in the shower don't work and the key to the door has to be jiggled for 5 minutes before opening?...

Checked in with my daughters (ages 11 and 1.5 year olds) together with a friend and her daughter (all in all we are counted as 4 adults and 1 baby) for the Regional Schools Press Conference last Nov 17-18, 2016. Here's my verdict: Pros: - 2 breakfast was included - Strategic location. Walking distance from the City Plaza and the...

The hotel rate is too expensive, I mean the money you pay is not worth the stay. I just stayed for one night. The receptionist that time was not accommodating enough. The air-conditioner in my room is so noisy. The heater is not functioning. And the wifi connection is so poor!

I needed an place to sleep in for a night. This was the cheapest option. Surprised that the room key was already a card key, but the high-tech features ended there. Room had what we needed, but most needed improvement. Blankets were thin for my taste. Towels were not too thick. Cable TV and A/C were at least available, as...

In terms of location, the hotel is very close to the poblacion. You can walk to the church, to the terminal, to the commercial complex. The services are fine, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The room we stayed in was nice, the a/c functions well. There was something wrong with the tv, it was a bit blurry and we...

It was not a budget hotel cos it's quite costly. I noticed every year, their room rates always go up a hundred. I rarely see their staffs also aside from that one person who always served me breakfast.

I've been to a lot of budget hotels and this is the most expensive budget hotels i'd been. I mean, I paid 1,200 for a night with broken faucet and sink, slippery floor, horribly dirty door mat, scaling finishing, non-functioning lampshade, cheap linens, very small tv, etc. I am sorry but this would be my first and last here.
