Room: Average box type room, with two double beds, we were not provided with clean towels. They said that we got the room at a discount, that is why breakfast was not included. Therefore, it was not a discount they gave, but a mere deduction. I'll give it to them, the place is spacious, trees all around, but the tub,...

My friend recently had her wedding reception at this place, sadly they don't have any sort of security as outsiders can easily come in and out of the place and the staff are clueless or they just don't care. Some members of the wedding suppliers and family members lost a Laptop, cellphones, atm and cash -- total value of 90K....

Overpriced/rate for the amenities available on the resort. We should be checked-in by 2pm but when we got there turns out that they have offered to other guest the bookings we made, settled by 6pm when we checked in- FINALLY! Old rooms and Shared bath room are dirty. Please make your services more efficient (to LWGRS)

When I viewed their website, it was lovely, nice and beautiful. I already painted a picture of the place. Big and clean adult pool, nice and clean kiddie pool. Breezy, cool surrounding because of the Bamboo trees. Then We arrived at the place. It was in a residential area, nothing what I expected, had a picture in my mind that...

I don't even know where to start. Meals took on average 1 and half hours to come. One order was simply a bowl of chips. They ran out of drinks and food- on the Easter weekend? Who doesn't plan ahead for the busy period? Tables were filthy and when I asked for them to be cleaned I was given a...

We had a bridal shower here at this resort and the ambience is very peaceful. Staffs are very accomodating and the place is just awesome. Somehow a bit pricey but the cabanas are relaxing. They also have rooms for overnight stay. Our package includes lunch and PM snacks and spa. There is just 2 swimming pools where you can dip...

Positive: Superb staff - they were approachable, hospitable and very cordial. They were a bit frazzled during breakfast hour since our food arrived late but overall they made our stay very enjoyable. The atmosphere was also very relaxing. There were also a lot of picture perfect spots here. The price was also affordable for 3K you have a room for...
