Well, what can I say. Myself, my two daughters, son-in-law and 4 grandchildren were staying at Warmwell Parkdean Hiliday Park. We decided to go out for dinner as Friday 17th was our last night, we went to The Black Dog Inn. What a find, even though it was dark, you could see how well they have set about the outdoor...

This place has really improved since we last ate here 5 years ago. A complete refurbishment - and all for the better. Very helpful staff, an interesting menu and pleasant surroundings. We took a brie, bacon and cranberry panini and chicken and bacon mayonnaise sandwich. Extremely pleasant - and they made my bacon crispy as requested. All for £17 including...

20 mins drive from Durdle Door . Nice place, comfy en-suite above pub. No potable water in rooms but there is courtesy tap water from the bar (or ales/ lagers you buy.) We had full English in the morning- spot on.

Checking was easy regardless of the packed bar, we was told everything need upon entering the room and the gentleman was very nice. The room was tidy and clean, came with everything we expected (towels, hot drinks, shower gel, shampoo) free view TV and WiFi. The beds were comfortable, gave me and my other half a back ache due to...

What a lovely stay - the rooms were very clean and just like the web photo's. Very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The meal on Sunday night was delicious and the breakfast excellent. Very friendly welcome . It was a shame we were only booked for one night - I've recommended The Black Dog to family and friends...

We were staying nearby and felt that some of the local restaurants were taking advantage of their southern location with their prices. The Black Dog aims to be more competitive, a good menu with traditional "inn" food, freshly prepared, served by cheerful waitresses. Dog friendly locals and visitors in the bar, nice warm atmosphere in the room. Great value, would...

Great place for families and children in particular, outside a great play area. The food is nice, homemade and tasty. The selection is a little dated but varied. The service was quite slow in terms of receiving food after ordering. 2 baguettes and a kids meal took far too long in our opinion, but maybe it was busy somewhere else...
