Accompany my spouse for her office outing. Ticketing - need to queue in distancing due to new norm / SOP and the likes. Luckily come earlier so dont have to wait for along time. My colleague bought the ticket online also need to queue due to system hiccups. Foodcourt - not so much choices. Need to secure sitting and no readily cleaner to clear the tables. The price quite high since no choices people still have to. Waterpark - nice. Alot of choices according to theme. Safety Issue - there is an electrical cable laid on ground withour cover or protection. Some part of it soaked in rain water.
Room was old and not well kept however it was spacious. The cleanliness is however disappointing. Sheets has stains to it and dust were everywhere. Especially the toilet - stinked heavily. Breakfast was also mediocre.
Beautiful place and quite secluded. Books chalets/Kampung Air and view from chalets was very beautiful specially in morning. They have Water park also. Resort is quite old and well maintained for the price.
They will asked you an advance deposit even though you already made a full payment. And they don't accept debit card! Option you have is to drive to the nearest gas station for cash withdrawal purpose. Old room and furniture, air conditioning takes time to functioning.The hotel only provide two wall plugs in a room, one for television and kettle. So need to take turn for phone charging. Food and other services are average,
I have booked 2 rooms last week for the Water Chalet Kg Air beforehand via phone calls,and the reservation staff by the name of Azlan booked me rooms at apartment near the theme park which is an absolute wrong booking! Even I have mentioned clearly that we want the water chalet not the ordinary apartment which we can found anywhere! We came all the way from KL with kid and senior citizen,and this is very frustrating. The reception told us that the water chalet is available at 300++ and only for 2 pax per room which we have arranged 3 pax per room and we dont mind to pay extra for the extra person and extra bed. Due to the incompetent reservation team as well as the one of the reception staff who was giving a sarcastic remark in terms of the price (as if looked down on us and money is the issue) we left the place. Only 1 staff at the reception who apologised. As someone who was in hotel line before and travelling to many places, this kinda mistake was totally unacceptable!…
