We went to coach house for first time on Friday 7 April expecting an ordinary pub meal. We had the 2 course menu at £6 95. Fantastic presentation wonderful food and a very friendly and helpful female member of staff. The only fault would be on paying the bill it seems San Miguel us £4.50 a pint. Will definitely go...

The Coach House in Bentham is a traditional country pub with old food and accommodations available. The owner and staff were very friendly and made sure that we (and our little one) were well looked after during out stay. The pub itself is located in Central Bentham, which is ideally placed for access to both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake...

This has to be one of the nicest inns I have stayed in. Very nice owners, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed & quiet surroundings. Evening meal was very good & the breakfast was huge with top quality items, superb all round. All at a price that doesn't break the bank.

We stayed on Friday evening following a family funeral. We arrived at about 10.10 in the morning, London before the booking in time but we just wanted to "touch base" with the inn. We were offered a cuppa which was most welcome after a 3 hour drive. The room "Ingleborough" was very comfortable and pleasant. We returned to the inn...

We arrived at the coach house early Friday evening and we're greeted with a warm welcome from Carl and his staff. Given a complementary bottle of wine for our room as it was my other half's birthday, lovely touch and really appreciated. We were shown to our room (the gaping Gill room). On first impressions it was quite small but...

A nice stay in a country pub in a good location for the Yorkshire Dales. Pleasant food , great breakfast, friendly staff. Our only slight issue was we were not prepared for the steep and narrow step access from lower sleeping area to bathroom and room door. We believe it should be " flagged" up to customers before arrival. Although...

Hi, we have put the hand rail in and used corner protection strips for the wall. Unfortunately I can't remove the stairs to the first floor. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We were visiting the area to play in a golf open, our wives caught the local train to Morecombe the station was 300 yds down the road. Both our rooms were very clean and spacious and had been modernised recently with very god bathrooms. The breakfast was very good and we ate in the pub both nights the food was...

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We went in as guest left as friend with everyone. Could not speak highly enough of Karl, Helen and all the staff. Rooms and food top rate. Infact it was that good we booked to go back next month.
