We couldn't find anyone when we arrived, but eventually managed to rouse a rude and unhelpful receptionist, who told us that we couldn't come in because the rooms hadn't been cleaned. She demanded cash in advance and said that if we came back later no-one would be available to check us in. I expect she was just having a bad...

I stayed in this hotel because I was going to attend a university and I had to look for a place to live. I booked the room with bathroom and it was very small and dark. The rooms are cleaned once a week, and I stayed in that room for 5 nights. I had to move because I needes to...

Excellent parking facilities, room was clean and better than we thought- it had an onsuite even though we had booked the cheaper room with shared bathroom. It was ideal for what we wanted which was to be close to Brunel uni(5 min walk) I was also able to stay in the room as long as I wished which was very...

Room was average size and condition was fair. Room was clean as was the en-suite. A few downsides were the radiator in the en-suite was stuck on high and was told there was nothing they could do, ok in winter but not ideal at the end of July. No breakfast available even at an additional cost and the garden was...

Very spacious room, bed was reasonably comfortable. The room was clean, it only looks dirty and shabby in some of the corners of the room. The only negative is a shared bathroom and having to look at other people's hairs!!

I have never stayed in such a dirty and shabby hotel. Hair in the bed shower and toilet, ever what looked like blood on the sheets. It was cold all night and breakfast was sub standard for the price. I don't know how this place gets any customers.

Dirty, loud parties all night. Worst mattress I have ever slept on, it wasn't even a mattress. It was a box spring and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around.
