Stayed in CBI premium room for 3d/2n. We enjoyed our stay, the staff service and the amenities. But considering that we booked for a premium room, we were expecting hotel standard service and room amenities since they are charging a 4-star hotel rate.
We stayed for 3days and 2 nights. Agoncillo Building. I picked room with view of the Taal lake.

As far as I know there are no elevators since the highest level is 3 stories high. Most, if not all, staircases have glass panels so you still got a good view as you ascend and take a breather in between floors.
