Was quite hesitant to visit the experience the place as the road going to the hotel from tagaytay was full of steep decends and sharp curves. However, it was not quite a bad as I thought. The rooms are big and has the typical amenities a hotel should have. Although WIFI is limited. They should improve this. Our lake view...

It was my first time to stay in Club Balai Isabel a couple of weeks ago. We are a family of 9 who opted to stay in a 3-bedroom villa with attic. To give perspective here are some pros and cons: Pros: We were allowed earlier check-in time and later check-out time. Ample beds for up to 18 people. Provision...

The Spousal of Mary and Joseph Chapel is inside the Club Balai Isabel compound. The place is serene. A good place for those who wants a peaceful vacation. The chapel provides a sense of security. Just one of the many things to see inside Club Balai Isabel.

The place is secure. It is a good exercise to go around the place. They have nice villas. The one we stayed at is nice spacious and clean. The only problem was there was no microwave oven so we had a hard time reheating our foods. Price is reasonable. It has a good view of the Taal Volcano. You can...

The restaurant, pool, and lakeside beach were among the most beautiful and well kept in the Talisay area. The chicken inasal was wonderful, cooked to moist and tender perfection. The pool and wide lakeside beach with soft sand was immaculately clean and very inviting. A large, partially covered dock (with great views of Lake Taal) has picnic tables where you...

Came on a rainy Saturday but the kids still enjoyed the pool. Beach is not for swimming though. The villas need to be refurbished and maintained. We had massage service in our room. Four of us wanted a massage and four masseuse came. One of the best massage we've had!

Our trip was actually a good escape from the city. We decided to book a day before and luckily since there were many rooms, we were still able to get a discounted rate via Agoda. But even at the discounted rate, I feel that the place is overpriced. Apart from the amazing view of Taal, there's really not much more...

I stayed at this property while attending a conference in Tagaytay to find more peaceful surroundings. Mission accomplished. The occupancy rate was significantly higher during the weekend (starting on Thursday) and a popular destination for large parties/reunions. Pros: -Beautiful location on Taal Lake for sunrise and sunset colors. -The grounds and pool areas are well maintained. -24 hour security staff...

We arrived at 2PM which is the official check-in. We've booked 3 rooms, since I was traveling with family. When we arrived, they couldn't find our booking, luckily did I bring the voucher. Then they didn't have 3 available rooms, so they offered us 2 instead. Saying they were upgraded and had room for more people, which we didn't really...

Room rates paid:US$100 per night via Expedia. Really old room and needs an upgrade. Wifi not available in some rooms, do check before you accept the assigned room. Not worth the money paid and will not be back again.
