Nice room with ensuite bathroom with a bath. Complimentary soft drinks in fridge. Nice breakfast although didn't like the local sausage. Good location for a function in the village hall. Price a bit steep but few bed and breakfasts at this location so little choice. Good parking and pretty garden.

This place is an absolute gem. We arrived late so ended up with a twin bedded room rather than a double bed (but that was our fault!). The place is pristine and it was extremely relaxing and comfortable. The best thing about this place is the breakfast. I think everyone will agree that you will find one of the best...

Our second visit here and lived up to expectations again. Sonia and David are great hosts. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing as always and nothing was too much trouble. Added bonus was a fridge in our room stocked with cold drinks. Will definitely be visiting again. Only small criticism could do with some darker curtains.

A last minute stay - booked on their website- was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable and pretty with a bright, clean ensuite shower room. It had everything we needed, tea coffee etc, and the added bonus of a fridge. We read the rule book carefully and made note that showers after 10pm might wake up the other guests! The bed was...

Other than being slightly taken aback at the rules and regulations, our stay was very enjoyable. We had no complaints, other than our room was slightly chilly, something which I'm sure if we had brought to the hosts attention would have been seen to. As it was, we simply went to bed, slept soundly and awoke to a fabulous breakfast....

We needed somewhere to stay for one night in Hemsby and what a great find we had. The room was spotless with quality furniture and accessories. There was small chocolates, biscuits, bottles of fruit juice, lemonade and water all in a mini fridge for you to have. There was complimentary shampoo and conditioner and soap in the bathroom. There was...

Really clean and comfortable room just one minor drawback was the shower lacked power but was serviceable Excellent breakfast Would recommend to anyone visiting the area Just a shame about the town itself full of burger and chip bars and the majority of those wandering around looked like extras from benefuts street

The other half booked this B & B as a Valentine surprise. When we arrived the first thing I noticed was the lovely gardens and beautiful house! We were greeted by the lady owner who was lovely and friendly. She showed us to our room which had two chocolate roses on the bed and two little chocolate hearts on the...
