Wonderful stay in a beautiful part of Wales. Gary and Jennie such wonderful hosts, relaxing and secure and close to some of the best mountain biking in the UK. Will certainly be returning again. Thanks again Gary and Jennie.

I will be coming back to this B&B. Jennie and Gareth are fantastic hosts. They have a bike lock up for those that need it and a hosepipe to wash away the grime. Just back from a short break staying at Bryn Teg and really enjoyed a charming stay with our hosts, Jennie and Gareth. 3rd time we have used this accommodation. Clean, warm, and perfectly equipped for a weekend on the trails, which are only a short ride away, less than a mile to the nearest trail. If you cant be bothered to cook, we couldn't, the local pub called The Refreshment rooms does really nice food. Its a five minute walk over the...

Just completed a trip away to Afan and BPW. Stayed in the B&B and were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. First time at Afan for MTBing,Brynteg is ideally placed to use all the trails.Jennie and Gareth run a great B&B and everything was perfect.Good sized twin room with ensuite,very clean and nicely decorated.The lock up for the bikes is a great little room.Breakfast was lovely and would recommend Bryn Teg House to anyone....

I just came back from a long weekend mountain biking in the Afan area. As a group of 10 bikers we booked the cottage and 2 rooms in the B&B. We were warmly received, and always accommodated with grace and charm throughout the stay. if you are coming for mountain biking in the area you will not have a care...

A fantastic B&B in a stunning area of Wales:) Mandy and Adrian made us feel very welcome. Lovely comfortable bed:) Good shower:) Excellent breakfast:) We will definitely be returning next year if only to watch Adrian collecting the eggs for breakfast from his chickens:)))

Booked a twin room to do some cycling in the Brecon Beacons and Afan Argoed. Room was large and clean, and the owners were very friendly.
