We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at West view Guest House. The accommodation was excellent. Ian and Julie made us feel very welcome, and it was lovely to be greeted with a cup of tea and homemade cake on arrival. The room was very comfortable and lots of storage space. We enjoyed the variety offered for breakfast and enabled us... More

This was an ideal location for us as a family to spend our time to go to the local villages and the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show. Great hospitality and the food was excellent. Everything was catered for. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the extra touches were appreciated.

Stayed here for 2 nights, so we could climb Pen Y Fan! The room was modern and light, plenty of hanging space and storage. (often there aren't enough hangers, I find!) Good en-suite, lovely shower and toiletries. More than adequate tea/coffee facilities, and scrumptious home-made biscuits provided in the room. The lounge/breakfast area on the first floor afforded great views... More

The upstairs bedroom is enormous, with superb views over the hills and mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area would definitely stay again.Julie & Ian were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. They have a good knowledge of the surrounding area and are happy to recommend walks and places to visit

We stayed here for three nights while visiting a local bike rally. The house is in a wonderful peaceful setting just of the a minor road. The accommodation is first class, rooms are spacious, well furnished, with tea and coffee making facilities and finished to a very high standard. A huge choice for breakfast with daily 'specials' of a local... More
