I stayed here for one night and was allocated Room 9 which is an en-suite room on the top floor. The room was clean and well decorated. The facilities were good:- WiFi, flat screen television, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a very comfortable bed. The bed linen and towels were of excellent quality. There was a small...

Stayed for one night for work in number 8 (I think) the top bedroom. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, towels provided, a mini fridge for your things and a big double bed. The only negatives I have are I had to park out on the road as there were only 4 parking spaces available and they have...

This lovely large house is owned and run by Sue. It is room only -various sizes, most ensuite but there are some with shared facilities - where you have your own t/c facilities, microwave and fridge. They supply bowls, plates etc on request. The rooms I have used were all of an exceptionally high standard. Well decorated, coordinated, clean and...

I stayed here several weeks while on business nearby. I chose the Grove Guest House for its proximity to the Puregym and shops as well as the great online reviews. Sue is very friendly and professional, always on hand if needed but gives you privacy leaves you to your own devices. The rooms are immaculately clean, comfortable and contain everything...

I've stayed here a few times in recent trips to Nottingham, and I can say with confidence that it's one of the best B&Bs in town. The rooms are extremely clean, well maintained and well equipped. One bonus for me is that there is a fridge in the room and breakfast (a yoghurt, milk, cereal, a pastry, a banana, fruit...

My sister and I returned to the Grove for another 5 night stay in visiting our childhood home town. This is the only place in Beeston we wish to stay at and we will be back! In fact, we used Sue's high standards of cleanliness to measure what we find at other guest houses. The room was spacious, spotless, and...

“Room 9 is very small for 2 people, though it's practical to have the microwave/ oven combo and kitchen just outside the door, and on a warm summer's day you have two largish windows on opposite ends allowing for some air circulation.”
